3 The staff at The Tail Haven Hotel & Day Lounge are so helpful and kind.
Both Lili and Mat offered such great customer care when I was looking for daycare for my dog. Lili took the time to get me set up in the system when I called and had a daycare request to make with short notice for the next day.
Mat was also very helpful in sharing about my dog's time during the in-take/observation appointment.

Wish the San Rafeal site uploaded pictures again.
We where told we'd have pics during the holidays, but we didn't receive any.
But other than that, this place is amazing, my pup is always so happy! Not like WAG Hotels where he looked so sad and super ready to dash out of there!
The tail Haven is a great place with great staff for your pup! This is definitely our permanent boarding place:)
I have a Great Pyrenees, who is a total love, but a lot of work. The staff at Tail Haven always treats him with such patience and love. Julia, Brian and the rest of the staff make me feel so at ease when I’m at work or traveling and he is in their care. I couldn’t recommend Tail Haven more!
