I can't say enough about the maintenance team here at Avalon 4121. Anytime an issue comes up, they are extremely quick to get everything fixed. Special shout out to Willie who recently fixed my refrigerator! Thank you for always being so diligent and professional!

I spent a year in this community and it is very nice and clean, always quiet, the staff is very friendly and always helps with any questions. The maintenance and upkeep team for Avalon Studio 4121 of Pablo, Willie and Maria are excellent. The building is beautifully maintained, and any issues that come up (as they will, in any building) are taken care of almost immediately and are always fixed perfectly. The team are so warm and nice - they even give my dog treats when they see him, and he loves them! Christina in the office is also wonderful, and a warm and welcoming presence on site.

The maintenance team here is fantastic. Especially Maria, who has been so kind to me for the the last 2 years. She is quick to respond to request and goes out if her way to fix things before you even know they are broken. The building is always clean and well maintained. Great team overall.

Beautiful place for leaving, the staff always helps, especially Maria and her colleagues, always clean and quiet, always help and support if you need something, I love!

Any issues here at the upmost prompt time! Maria helps me with everything and is always so happy! Willi helped me with a key issue in minutes! Christina the leasing manager is so kind! They truly are so kind and always here to help at the building!

Willie painted an accent wall in my apartment, and did an amazing job! He was incredibly efficient while also doing a very neat and beautiful painting job.

I just wanted to shout out to the great maintenance team, especially Maria, for all that they do to keep this place so clean and a nice place to live. Maria is so pleasant, and she is always willing to help in anything that is needed. I can put in a maintenance request, and the amazing maintenance staff has completed it within hours. I enjoy living here, and it is nice to come home to a clean building, especially in LA.

Love the location. Building well maintained. The maintenance team is exceptional and the friendliest group of people. Love seeing them around the building. Really makes a difference compared to other properties I’ve lived at.

Increase in Garage/ Car break ins. Management / Avalon Corporate taking very little (almost no) responsibility towards increasing resident safety and security here. The leasing office manager is great but unfortunately management has stopped providing access to leasing office without appointments (which are never available)

Thank you to the maintenance team especially Maria for all your help and to keep this place so nicely clean.it is so nice to see a friendly face and always willing to help me out with any question. It makes me feel home thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I gave 4 stars just because nothing is perfect but one of the best things here is Maria. She actually cares about all the residents and when my packages get left out in the open she personally delivers them although I’m sure that’s not part of her job description. She takes care to speak to everyone and is incredibly friendly and conscientious. Christina is amazing and very funny on top of great at her job. My lack of the fifth star has to do with the response of the courtesy patrol. I know they can’t be everywhere and I know sometimes it’s slow but I have been told to call the police because a specific resident “won’t answer the door anyway” and I feel like the fifth star would come from the community caring more about their response and dealing with tenants who are blatantly defying all rules and disturbing others. Additionally I think it’s wrong to raise rents during a pandemic but. I guess I get it. Or I’ll move.

My main point though: Marie and Christina are amazing.
