The Three Clubs reviews
33I went here with a co-worker one night when the Food Network was in town hosting some sort of White Trash cooking show. Butter had a 25-cent beer special and the frat boys were buying the whole bar rounds of drinks. It was a truly unique experience.
The view is fantastic, and the cocktails are very fun! Benjamin was our server, and he was awesome! We ordered all of his recommendations, and they were delicious. Be sure to order a drink from the specialty menu- surprises await! We will definitely be back!
Always an interesting crowd and great music on a Friday or Saturday night. Drinks I think are watered down but they sure give you a big portion.
Butter can be a love it or hate it bar! I. LOVE IT! Great place to hang out with friends roommates, boyfriend/girlfriend or complete strangers on a chill Friday, Saturday or Sunday night. The atmosphere of the place is fun, and casual. The staff there is fun and lively. Would recommend it.
Great place to get cheap drinks in CA with cool music, they also have lots of deep fried dangerous food if you get there earlier. Major plus that they are next to Crepes A Go Go! Get a cheap drink and dinner + have some fun!
Drinks are fantastic. Ordered the bartender's choice and the waiter was open to getting to know the kind of drinks I like to make one suitable for my taste palette.
Reason for 4 stars: Wait time was quite long to get a table. After we ordered drinks, it took over 10 minutes to get them to our table.
Great bar, reasonable prices, and awesome events. I've seen the #IndianWeddingLA show here twice and it's awesome everytime.
This is a great venue for all sorts of events, and often has some of the better and weirder "fringe" shows- including being a prime event space for the Hollywood Fringe Festival. The drinks are stiff and the service is good. A solid venue, and a decent place to grab a drink with a friend off the touristy track of H'wood.
Hostess is sweet and welcoming, Decor is beautiful, drinks are beyond amazing, service is great, and secret entrance is fun! Will definitely be back!
Went to see Stages, featuring Emily Golglia, a fantastic show. Highly recommended. Go next Friday June 29th a must see show!
Fun bar for drinks. Great location. Parking can be tricky and the beer selection is eh. Atmosphere and service are fantastic
Great place for a good adult time. No young kids, no drama or issues, just a good atmosphere, with good people having a great time. Definitely where you want to be on the weekends.
Spent the whole evening sobbing at the bar and the service was magnificent! Awesome cocktails and a very nice atmosphere.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice evening alone.
Saw a couple of Hollywood Fringe shows at this club. Comfortable, classy ambiance, good drinks and selection, competent bartenders.
Very friendly place. It's dark and moody, but not pretentious. Just good people and a comfortable standby in a rapidly transforming neighborhood. My only real request is for more beer taps!
A bartender told me that Three Clubs is the darkest bar in LA. Not sure if it's true - but I believe it! And kind of love it? It's light enough that you can see what you're doing, but dark enough that you can easily slip out of social interactions if necessary. I've been here for all types of events and always, always have a stellar time. Great bartenders & bar backs, nice patio, disco ball in one room & a more relaxed vibe in the other. Favorite bar/performance spot in LA
Cool bar, intimate live entertainment space in a separate room. Nice atmosphere and good service.
Nice layout. Cool showroom and stellar programming with the choice of Nikita. Huge back smoking patio too. The darkest bathroom this side of the Mississippi. Chill and hip and low key enough for any evening.
Enjoyed the intimacy of the venue. Was there to attend the "Duets" show and it was absolutely amazing! Just like being at a concert with all of that talent in there. I will be back for the next one!
