5 Very disappointing experience today. Had an appointment for 115PM. Showed up at 110PM. The barber didn't greet me (had another customer in the chair). I sat there until 130PM. Nobody said anything to me about how long the delay would be. Walked out and left.
I definitely understand when things get delayed, didn't mind waiting, but at least tell me hello and give me an estimate on how long the delay would be. I used to be a regular here the first time I lived in the area, but now I'm not coming back after this. I definitely didn't feel welcome there.
Terrific local barber shop in El Segundo, and Diego is a very talented and professional stylist.
Had an appointment confirmed for 8 AM but no one showed up. Appointments has a different definition here
Tina is one of the Barbers here and she is absolutely Great. In fact, the Staff is very professional, friendly, and kind to everyone that walks in the door. They don't mine smiling, being pleasant, and courteous. Which makes the atmosphere the Best. Beautiful people at The Traditional Barber So, tell a friend and they will never go anywhere else for a haircut.
Marteen cut my hair for the first time and he was amazingly detailed and very kind. I had a cough and he grabbed a water for me from next door. It was very sweet. This may be one of the best haircuts I have had in a while! Prices are great too!
