Edgar at the Turf Guy OC helped make the decision to put in turf quick and easy. His pricing = competitive. His demeanor = professional and kind. His work ethic = strong. Ours was not a complicated job, but it was done beautifully and has made a huge impact on our quality of life in the backyard. The smell is gone (or a simple hose down). The poop is easy to clean up. My daughter and pup play in the grass regularly. And, my pup has never loved the backyard more! Highly recommend.

Edgar and his team did our backyard renovation. We tore out the brick floor and grass and installed concrete with turf. Edgar and his team did a fantastic job.

Edgar was very patient with me throughout the design process as I had a lot of questions and doubts at times but He was always good at responding back quickly and giving solutions.

When it came to the work, it was amazing. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, every step of the way to make sure it was what I wanted. The concrete came out amazing, the lines are on point and his team were cool to interact with. The turf was top notch, the one he recommended has been really good. I recommend Edgar to anyone who is looking to get their yard done. He hit all his deadlines.

Edgar did a few jobs at our home. Although he does good work, unfortunately, he ghosted us for our last project. We were given a timeline and were delayed 3 times for 3 weeks. After trying to reach out to him to confirm a rescheduled date, we never heard back from him. It's truly unfortunate because we really liked Edgar's work. If you choose to hire him, be aware of the unresponsiveness.

Edgar and his crew were very professional. They were always on time and followed through 100%. They did my turf, landscaping, sprinklers and lighting. A+

I am very impressed and happy with the work Edgar & his team did with our yard. He installed turf and also did a beautiful concrete design within one part of the turf. He is very detailed and knowledgeable about turf and and you can tell he’s been doing it for many years. He helped us pick the perfect type of turf (grass length, color, etc, to go with our house color, having kids, dogs, etc). He is very professional, prompt, friendly, and affordable. He went above and beyond and helped with a few other home issues aside from the turf and concrete work. I’d definitely recommend him!

FIVE STAR SERVICE! Edgar just finished up our backyard and it looks amazing! He and his crew were on time every day, they were polite, respectful and cleaned up at the end of every day. On top of doing a great job installing our turf Edgar offered to help me build a sand box I wanted in part of the yard and built a wooden walk way for me. He also made some great recommendations for future landscaping projects. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again!

We hired Edgar to replace our grass with turf. He gave us a great idea about what the layout would be as well as several samples of types of synthetic grass that we could use. He was very detailed in the explaining the process and materials that would be used. From start to finish the job was professionally done.

In addition to the grass we have an extensive brick walkway in our yard that was in dire need of repair. Sections had become uneven and cracked, mortar was missing and stairs had been lifted up by roots. Edgar was able to replace and repair all of the sections that needed it, offering a better solution than other contractors had given us.

To top it all off, his prices were very reasonable, his work was thorough and efficient; he continually communicated with us throughout the process so we knew exactly what he was doing.

Edgar will be the first person we call when we need more work done!

Great experience with Edgar. Came out and invested a good amount of time with an estimate. Gave me a deal for my work and agreed in the spot. Work was timely, neat and clean. He was transparent at all times, offered a plethora of suggestions for landscape improvements based on our location, amount of sun and our personal activities to maximize the use of our space and budget.
