The Ultimate Escape Rooms

Phantom of the Big Top is probably the best escape room I have done so far! All the puzzles were challenging without being frustrating or annoying. The room was well-maintained and highly enjoyable to explore. The staff was fun, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. We will definitely return!

So fun! We did the gold rush and barely got out. The game master let us stay a little later cause we were so close to finishing. I'm not good at escape rooms, so we had to ask for lots of clues. The game master answered quickly and with a fun in-game accent. It was fun! I'd definitely come back!

Very fun and great first time experiencing an escape room. Went with a group of 7 and everyone had different roles to complete. The circus room was such a great room! Id highly recommend selecting that one! Great & friendly staff! They really explained the process to my group!

We came in on Monday afternoon to do an escape room. My husband and I love doing these types of things and we do them all the time back home in DC. Jacob was our game master. He was thorough and even delivered the intro speech in an accent! We thought that was really cool. He got into character and it made the game more exciting for us.

Not sure how this escape room has so many positive reviews. With two people we managed to escape the gold rush room in 21 minutes. The room lacked direction and challenging puzzles. When the door unlocked we thought we had just unlocked another part of the room. We were shocked to realize we had escaped! The host for the day wasn’t surprised at all and said others had escaped quicker.
Felt like a rip off.if you have that many people escaping in under half an hour.maybe make it a little more challenging?
I don’t recommend going but if you do don’t have more than two people in your group. You’ll be disappointed.

The room itself was pretty well decorated, however the room was fairly small considering other places I’ve gone to for the same price. In addition, that room has a lot of herrings, or at least I think, we never found out. I found it really hard to navigate the room and there wasn’t a designated flow. Like the puzzles themselves weren’t connected to each other.

The clues were great. The concept was great. Too many mechanical malfunctions tho. Hopefully they can get the repairs completed so it is a more complete experience. (Disclaimer- they did say there were some problems with one of the machines and they offered a different experience. We chose to stick with the one we had signed up for as the alternative was rated easy.). However, it turned out there were several, not just the one.

We had fun as a large group, 11 of us, here but I was disappointed with the room (gold rush). I've done a few "rooms" at other places and this place was actually just a single room, maybe that's common but everyplace else I've gone was much larger and multiple rooms to access on each adventure. We called ahead and confirmed that it was big enough for all 11 to do at once but it just wasn't. In a single room escape the max I would recommend would be 6 people. We should have split up into two rooms, which they did offer. So our fault.

The puzzles were just not as interesting or fun to solve as others I've done. Directions given at the intro were not very complete and some of the clues and mechanisms didn't function well. We got out in less than half an hour due to a few of these issues so they graciously gave us a voucher to go back and do another room for free.

So much fun especially with your family! The staff was super friendly! Can’t wait to do another room!
