People aren't wrong, the staff here can sometimes be rude. But if you show kindness they will eventually show it back. Agreed that customer service means being polite and holding your tongue, regardless of what you're feeling inside. So if you're looking for 5 start customer service, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking to send a package this location is a-okay. They know what they are doing, but they might not be the friendliest at all times of the day.

I came to use the computer and print off one sheet of paper. To start, the computer was out of service. Then I was told that it will be $3 to print the one page since it costs $3 to use the computer. I reminded the staff that computer usage is timed, how did $3 get derived? In a and abrasive tone, staff mentioned that this is the average cost of usage. For me personally, I would need all of one minute to print something off. No other alternatives as well. $3 for one page printout with lackluster service is a hard pass.

The employee working currently is exceptionally rude and difficult to work with. Additionally, though this location has no printing station (the computers are down?), they charge $3 dollars per page. I needed to print only one page, but when the employee printed an additional page, one which I did not ask for, he still insisted on charging me for the unnecessary printed page. It was a very frustrating experience, and I won’t be back to this location.

The rudest and most discriminating black man works here with a giant chip on his shoulder. STAY AWAY!

Great service. Very efficient and Coronavirus protocols are in place. Highly recommended for private post box service and UPS delivery.

The manager of this store was the rudest person I have come across in a long time. He needs to find a new job where he doesn't have to deal with other people. I will drive miles out of my way to never use this store again

Michael was very friendly and very efficient! Most pleasant customer service experience I've ever had.

I had been here before and it was great service until today. I understand the attendant was frustrated because a customer had just cussed him out, but then he proceeded to cuss me out after I said he could be a little more patient about me figuring out how to return my item. He was very pushy and impatient and kept ordering me around the whole time I was there. Probably won't be returning unless I feel like getting treated like garbage again.

These 5 star ratings have to be his friends or people he’s paying off. Michael was completely rude and disrespectful during our entire encounter. He tried to charge me for a discolored print even though it was his printer’s fault and tried to make me pay for it with a patronizing attitude. Never have I ever been to a UPS store so horrible in service in all of LA.

Never had a bad experience here. Quick service. And the guy who works here loves dogs and even has treats for them behind the counter.

I love this location. Always greeted and assistance is provided ASAP. Business is brisk but very efficient. Michael is the manager and he runs a well organized business and hires good help. Highly recommended

Wow. I was terrified to come here after reading the reviews but needed something printed so came anyway. SO GLAD I DID! Michael was helping one other person in front of me so I was polite and waited in line. He let me know he would be with me in a moment. Once I was up to the counter we chatted and ended up jiving wonderfully. Told the next customer that came in that he would be right with them as well. Overall great experience, pretty much what I always get and expect from UPS. Awesome time, thank you Michael!

I was surprised to see the bad reviews. My husband and I have used this store many times. The guy is always helpful. One time the package didn't get to the destination in 1 day and he refunded us very quickly.

I can't imagine why anyone would give a bad review. This place has some of the best customer service you'll find in Los Angeles. Every time I go in I'm treated with a warm smile and professional service. I dunno maybe it's the attitude I bring in with me. But I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Because this place is easy in and out, and super friendly.

I have had excellent, hospitable service here for years. I’m grateful that Mike and his store are close by and always at the ready!

They don’t know anything customer service.
That guy over there pushed me when I was dropping off some packages and I just got over it, but he did that again today with my friend and we have no idea why this attitude for, if you are doing business never go there because this attitude is just to get you away so he don’t have to work hard.
