Had me waiting over 20 mins just so they could turn their internet on to print my return label then had the nerve to still request a $2 service fee.

This UPS branch is truly terrible. Employees are rude and treat customers like garbage from the second you walk up. If you’d prefer for customers to wait outside, consider writing that on a sign instead of using our confusion as your personal excuse to let out your anger on an innocent client. Furthermore, they cut off customers and will yell for no reason, it happened to me and the elderly woman behind me in line. Stop mistreating customers — this isn’t the UPS mission and it certainly isn’t how we’re treated in other branches. UPS Corporate, take note and address this!

I drop off boxes here regularly. I find the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. There is parking at the location, but it can be a bit tight during busy times. Best thing is to avoid the 4: 30-5: 30pm time slot if you can.

Fire everyone in this location and start over ASAP! The people in this location are beyond rude and have no idea how to treat people let alone themselves if you hate your job quit it’s plain and simple don’t be giving me attitude because you’ve got issues! Absolute waste of time going here how hard is it to print off a receipt not going to give you my package without one so you can just steal my merchandise! Beware of this location!

I tried to notaries there not English written document, but they refused according a law. Unfortunately there is no such law. Good luck with your business.

WORST Ups Store in History! Over charges you (compared to other ups stores), doesn't have most basic items on display (boxes, bubble wrap, tape), Opens up late/closes early, Won't get your package there on time, or maybe AT ALL! GO ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of other ups stores in the area.
Oh and the manager is a LIAR.

This is by far the BEST delivery center I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm always in and out with ease never problem finding the right size for my packages. Location is perfect and the manager and staff are the best around!

Unlike other places that I've been to like Kinko's or Staples this place knows exactly what I need and how to get it done with no hassle.

The entire staff of this Wilcox location in Hollywood is AMAZING! They have been super helpful EVERY TIME, all-the-time during my relocation to LA. I never miss a package! Big Love from 420!

Horrible service. Paid $28 for overnight delivery and still don't have my package. They refuse to deliver without a signature so if you have a job, good luck!

Perfect, great parking and convenience, knowledgeable staff. I don't understand the bad reviews.
