Even with three or four people in line, I never wait more than five minutes in line to be helped. The girls there are fast, friendly, and every time they see a customer waiting they immediately drop everything and come help the person.

The inside is so well-decorated, and smells amazing inside. They have awesome prices on good things, and offer basically everything the post office and FedEx offer, but combined. I would recommend going here for any and all of your shipping needs.

I just left the UPS store at Fresno and Shaw and had the most pleasant experience in a very long time. Erika was attentive, vibrant, and cheerful during the entire transaction.i left the store in a very upbeat mood and I wish to say thank you. Erika, keep up the good work

The girls who work here seem to be slow in understanding simple customer service procedures. According to Amazon Refund Instructions you can bring your phone into the UPS store for a scanning of the square refund code, these girls acted like they didn't have a clue of what I was talking about - one even tried to play " make the customer wait game " and the other girl tried to complicate things my using the term QR code; I wouldn't want these girls on my password team. The young man who work here knew exactly what to do and gave me good fast customer service.

I've been here twice and my experiences were awful. The staff were rude and not helpful. I was returning an Amazon package, the directions said they could scan from my phone. The customer service rep said that was not correct, it needed to be printed and charged $3.00. My husband went in with his phone and was able to do it without printing the label. How is it that he was helped and I wasnt? The first time I went there was an older woman having the same issue. The people in line waiting helped her more then the customer service representative. It seems as if they need training on how to help customers or everyone needs to have the same knowledge of the Amazon return policy. I will not return to this store. I would rather drive across town.

Was warned by friends not to use this particular UPS Store. Dropped off my Amazon return package on 4/28/20. As of 5/13/20 UPS says my package hasn't made it into their system yet. They explained that UPS Stores are franchises and not "real" UPS facilities. Amazon says they would have sent an instant notification when my return code was scanned at a UPS Store. This didn't happen this time (always has before). The store says I can't track my package by using Amazon's return code because they package everything up into a single shipment at the end of the day and Amazon sorts it out. Guess it's time to dispute the credit card charge and file a claim with UPS for a lost package. Can't say I wasn't warned.

I have been a customer since 1997. I have always found the service exceptional, the staff professional and very helpful, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend The UPS Store 2118 to everyone.

Don't print labels at this location, they charge you for the employee to open the email, check the email and print the emailed label for you. After it's all said and done the copies are only $0.10 a piece but it comes to around $2.75 to have those two copies printed. Aren't they already being paid to work there? Almost $3 for copies is ridiculous.

This store is no longer open, however they always gave great customer service. The building is being demolished today 6/22/18 and is no longer at this location. The store did change to another location, and is posted on the fence around the site.

Horrible location, they do not have the same equipment as the other locations so you cannot print from dropbox on your phone which is fine they offered computer access but then decided to charge me after forcing me to use their equipment since they don’t offer the same tools as every other legitimate location. Go anywhere but here. Shady business practices, ancient equipment, and staff that likes to tell you about charges AFTER they tell you to use computer. Bad management bad employees.

Phoebe gave me AMAZING customer service today! So fast, so helpful! Not only did i use their notary service today but i used their internet, printed my documents, copied them, and sent it all out certified mail! Thank you again!

Super awesome customer service! Phoebe was super helpful and delightful! She assisted with notarizing some documents for me. She was professional and was able to assist with everything! Every time I go in I get great customer service. They also have done some amazing printing jobs for me and my family! During graduation I placed some orders for some big heads, and they came out awesome! Definitely a big hit at the graduations!

They are suppose to open at 8: 30 and im litterly still standing outside. Knocking on the door. This is horrible. Open your store on tims people.

My experience here was very positive. The person who was working the counter made my return so easy! I left with a detailed receipt, and the guarantee that my package would be prepared and shipped. My refund arrived several days later.

The employees are rude, always seem to be in a hurry trying to get you out ASAP! Parking is very uncomfortable and crowded.very difficult to get back on the road, out of the parking lot.

UPS sucks big time! Dropped off my book at one of those stupid drop off boxes 3 weeks ago and kept wondering why I haven't received my check so I called the stupid UPS service thingy and they tell me they cant track down my package, its been too long, and that I got no effin proof that I dropped off my package like wtf dude! The tracking number is really the only proof that you have those annoying a* (^! They should at least return the package back to the address on the package smfh should've believed all those reviews on the bad service they have!

The people are always friendly but it's in the worst location if you need to drop something off quickly and get back on the road. The parking is in the back which only allows one car to pass at a time. Exiting the lot is always a risk factor of getting hit from cars trying to enter.

Very friendly and if you ever have questions about anything, you should definitely call because 9 times out of 10, you will get your question (s) answered! It is a small place but they have almost everything you need.

Me and my family pay extra money to have stuff mailed but ups only makes one attempt and leaves a note saying you have to spent 30+ minutes going to pick it up from their store after paying $20 or more for shipping. Horrible service.
