The UPS Store, Huntington Beach CA

Came in for a livescan, it was very quick and easy. All of the available staff were friendly and welcoming. The lady that worked with me seemed happy to talk and help.

Amazing. I truly love this place. They do passports, printing, shipping, notary, livescan etc. They always are fast and have done some incredible custom printing as well. My go to for all business printing and shipping needs. They even do pick ups.

Try to stay away from this ups store. They charge anything for you want to do here. Even to tape 1 inch area they want to charge 1 dollar.

This is the best UPS hands down great team. They do printing, shipping, photo shop, business cards, custom orders. Love it! Great staff

They have mail boxes to rent and everything you would need to ship a package.plus not the long lines of a post office.fast and friendly check them out for sure.

This UPS needs a new management.
They offer an awful customer service!
It seems that they don’t care about clients’ satisfaction.
Just yesterday I witnessed a very angry customer yelling at them, for their negligence, apathy and don’t care actitud. He gave them clear and specific reasons for his disappointment.

Today was my turn.
Because someone on the phone understood that I was refusing to pay $5 for picking up my package, they sent the box back to the sender without verifying the incorrect information.
When I showed up to pick it up they had no record of my package, they had no idea and sent me to another UPS.
I came back next day with the UPS tracking status, showing that they had sent the box back to the sender. They didn’t care.
I was really mad at them. I couldn’t believe how apathetic they are over there!
Sad.

One stop shop for shipping and printing. They have P. O. Boxes. Have printed several projects for our business, and the staff is all really informative and friendly. From business cards to 3D printed promo we haven’t found a project that they couldn’t assist with. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff went to get a p.o. Box and they handled it very well. Noticed that just about every customer was greeted by their staff like they knew them

Don't print stuff here go to a real print shop. My cards were so thin that I might as well have used regular printer paper and printed them myself! I'll probably use the rest to wipe or blow my nose. Maybe a perq if you're looking for toilet paper I suppose.

Jennel and Josh are very helpful. I sent a package to my son who attends GCU. Unfortunately, the UPS store that received the package wasn’t as helpful. They sent the package back to the UPS Store in Huntington Beach. Jennel helped me send the package to a different UPS Store. She was extremely helpful, and she worked diligently to help me get this resolved. I am so thankful she is the manager.

Store is failure because not provide quality service that ups hold up it standard. No way they can contact drivers to found your package. Third time happen fail recieved package

If I could give 0 stars I would - the manager is the most unhelpful person I have encountered. The lack of compassion and lack of desired to solve a customers issue is simply astounding. We had a return shipment that was being paid for by the vendor - had the instructions page incl the tracking# - yet she proceeded to waste 10 minutes of our time trying to sell shipping services ;- (instead of either offering to reprint the label or asking if I had access to the message from UPS with the link to the mobile code. So frustrating! And giving the UPS brand a really bad rep

I can't say enough positive things about this place! I've had a personal mailbox here for a few years now and I couldn't be happier! All the employees are consistently helpful and professional, but most importantly everyone is always friendly and I genuinely enjoy stopping by. Overall the store provides a very convenient service, and honestly I can't imagine going back to receiving my mail at home

The owner undercharged me and when I went back for another service she insisted I pay the balance for her mistake.terrible service from the owner she obviously doesn't understand that people have choices and don't need to patronize her. I live a mile away and will not be returning. Drive to the new Marina Village center, across from Marina High.new store, great service, easy parking.

I have been shipping for 10 years now and this is by far the best location staff and service there is.
