8The staff could care less about helping with my questions. I asked for white out and I got an eye roll. It wasn’t a positive experience. Rather the staff seemed annoyed that they had to answer questions.
I had an excellent experience working with Andrew to pack and ship my mom's set of china. I called ahead to discuss the job and get an estimate and I found him to be very pleasant and helpful. When it came time to do the job, his communication was great and the price came in just under his estimate. Highly recommended!
Cheaper and better than the post office, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They saved my day when I needed to get some jewelry to Tahoe by the next day, and post office won't do next day after 2 pm come to find out. I got to the UPS store when their carrier was about to leave at 5: 30 and they still helped me! I'm going here next time I need a package sent quickly and affordably! Thank you!
I’ve had a mailbox here for about a year now. Their staff is always extremely helpful and genuine. Not once have I had anything but a positive experience. I have a key to my own mailbox, so I could very easily go grab my mail myself. But when their staff sees me walking through the door they go and get it for me, and they go out of their way to say hi and ask how I am doing. This shows me they truly appreciate their customers and it makes going to pick up my mail much more enjoyable.

Dropped off a rent the runway dress here this morning. Super convenient since we were staying at the Four Points by Sheraton right next door. The young man working was very friendly and diligent. They were busy, 3-4 people there and he was very helpful and efficient. I liked that's it's locally owned owned.
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED NOTARY SERVICE! The rookie with 3 months of experiences behave so rude and don't understand simple legal terms of basic document. I have ruined my day from such an attitude of the rookie "lawyer like" assXXXX
This was a very pleasing experience. My wife and I walked in needing a notary and the young gentlemen Brian was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable and we will definitely be back from now on for all future notary services needed. Thank you for the great experience!
