The UPS Store, Hemet CA

Jacki helped me tremendously. My package label wasmt correct from a company. The company told me that ups will package free, which was a lie. Jacki helped. I was crying super frustrated and she made it 100 percent better.

This place takes forever. I waited 20min in line and was only dropping off Amazon Return. They are understaffed. Whyvis there 3 girls in there and Only 1 taking care of Customers?

I have two boxes there and have requested my mail to be packaged and sent once a week during the covid-19 pandemic. They are always very helpful in this regard and in everything else we seek assistance with. A very ethical small business.

Closed on when should be open. Happened more than once. Supposed to open at 8am on Saturday morning, here at 9am and doors are locked.

I was very disappointed. I wanted to support local businesses so I shipped packages today and told the young man at the front desk I wanted it to go the least expensive way. He told me that would be UPS ground. I asked if it could go out USPS and he told me no.on both packages. I know this is not true since I have mailed almost the same thing in the past with the option of USPS. Shameful and so dishonest, especially if it is management requiring this of their employees.

The older guy John I believe.also a notary.pretty rude and unhelpful as possible, but the young lady with out a name tag stepped in and handled the return for me pretty quick & easy.

The UPS store is how I deal with my clients remotely. It's nice to have a notary on staff at most all the time. My clients show up to their documents already being printed, they sign, get them notarized and UPS then ships for me after calling for payment. Seamless and I use them exclusively throughout the country.

I have been using this UPS store for years. The employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I've had a mail box there for over 12 years and have shipped many items from the store. The service is always both professional and friendly.

Rosie, Terry and Amber were there today and handled the rush perfectly! I went in for a Livescan and a Notary and to give someone a ration of my humor while I was feelin it and they were great! They had fun right back and made the experience my job was putting me thru a bit more enjoyable. Either that or it was my coffee

This is my go to place when I need to send something out through UPS. We order through Amazon often and anytime something needs to go back this is where we go for hassle free service. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

I have came to this ups store twice and both experiences were not pleasant! Both individuals that assisted me are rude and had an attitude with my questions/concerns. They need to work on their customer service.

The UPS store in Hemet is the place to go if you need to get an item from point A to point B, and be guaranteed that it will arrive in a timely manner. I highly recommend UPS and this Hemet UPS store!

Charged me double for a 7 pound small package. $28 at the store, and then another $30 a week later to my debit card without my consent. $58 for a small 7 pound (weighed by the store clerk) package VIA UPS Ground. Theifs.

This place is ridiculous. I had 1 piece of paper to laminate, and they helped someone else that had 30 before me. After I had been waiting for 15 minutes for the machine to warm up. Bad service.

Awesome staff very helpful! Went to pay my gas bill and the computers were down. They offered to hold the bill and the money and will put it in as soon as computers were up.

On May 15 2019 I visited UPS Store, there were two young ladies working, and the line was long. The young ladies were great, I was watching in line ;, both young ladies smiled, were curtIous, and knew their job well! I also would like to say the customers in line were understanding, and very nice, one customer even let me go ahead of him.
