These are very nice people when they’re all there. You frequently show up with three people in line and one person working.

I moved to the area about 6 months ago and have been coming to this UPS location since then. They help with everything I need to print and ship things quickly with the best customer service. I go out of my way to come here because the staff are excellent every time and it’s family owned. Would highly recommend!

I don’t usually rate shipping stores whatsoever but this place is great overall. Super convenient and great service

This location has been so helpful to me each time I've gone in. Once, I went in to get some flyers for a lost dog I found, and the guy at the counter was so thoughtful and helpful to us. Another time the owner helped me and was super kind and helpful too. Heading in today to send some holiday gifts and nice to know they are close and in the neighborhood!

This is by far one of the best UPS stores I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is overtly kind and helpful. Jose greeted me as I entered and was patient as I called my mom to find out where to send the package. He provided me with a pen and paper, so I could write brief note. He measured the item to find the appropriate box and then talked me through all the options for shipping to NY. Really made the process as smooth as possible and worked to make sure the package was set and securly sealed. Provided me with free bubble wrap and tape to ensure the package itself was safe and wouldn't be jostled too much. Overall, if you have anything to send this is the location you should go too! They also have a toy donation box, so if you can get there before the holidays it's a great chance to donate something and make a child's holiday all the more brighter. Definitly go here, I plan too!

Drove here rather than a closer location simply for the reviews. The 5 stars speak for themselves.

Have had a box here for a year now, with an absolutely perfect track record on both sending and receiving domestic and international packages. No hold ups in international customs for incorrect paperwork, nothing misplaced, it's a swell store.

BEST UPS STORE EVER!

Trust me, I ship often. The people here have the most amazing customer service. The store is a newer one, very clean, and very organized. When a line forms they are quick and efficient moving the line as quick as possible - I cannot say the same for many of the other UPS stores in San Diego.

I hope management reads my review and give this location recognition.

I have been in the store several times for returning items to Amazon, and most recently for returning cable equipment to AT&T. The people working there are always knowledgable and very helpful. Today the gentleman knew exactly what to do, answered all our questions, was very pleasant, and had great customer service skills.

I went in with some boxes for shipping some things to Hawaii as we were moving there the next day and couldn’t make it all fit in our bags. Cindy took so much time to help me re-box, pack and ship materials the most efficient way. She was so kind looking up cost effective routes and giving me a lot of personal service. Then, to top it all off, she sent me a personal thank you email for stopping by. I went a little further to this UPS because it had such great reviews and I’m so glad I did! The customer service was phenomenal

The staff here was super helpful and even had little toys for my son to play with while we were there. Will definitely use this location again!

It's hard to keep it simple when you are this impressed, but I'll do my best. This place is clean, efficient and easy to park. That's enough, right? This is not an exciting errand. Well, now I have to tell you about the staff. They are outstanding. Always warm and friendly. Always working to get you in and out with exactly what you needed. I could go on and on.
It seems like the people running it care for their employees and it shows. That earns my respect and therefore my business.

This is my go-to location for Amazon or other online order returns and printing needs! The staff is always very kind, quick and helpful.

I've stopped going to the post office and started going here instead. They have the best customer service from a UPS Store! Jose was able to help me with my shipping needs. They also have notary services for those who need it! They have plenty of other services that I've yet to take advantage of. The location is really clean and their is short term parking in front of the building. If you're looking for the best UPS store. This is it!

Service was fine, except I was charged for each of my amazon returns which I’ve never been charged for at any other UPS store ever.when I said exactly that I was told all stores are individually owned so they can charge whatever they want for different services?
Point of the review, I’ll be not coming back to this store and continue getting services at no charge at other UPS stores.

This is the BEST place to do any sort of shipping or office need. They are so friendly, helpful, and open on Sunday. I could not ask for a better neighborhood store. Thank you so much for having such a great business.

The staff here is amazingly helpful! They go above and beyond. I learned today that they also accept USPS packages. Go here for your printing and shipping needs! You WON’T walk out annoyed and may even walk out with a smile.

I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Cindy and Jose. I had a difficult request under an even more difficult deadline.
