I could tell she was very busy but was still able to answer most of the questions I had and even asked for my name and number so she could call me back with the correct answer that she needed further confirmation on. I wasn’t expecting that level of service! Wow, I am very impressed with Katie and her dedication to the customer! I will definitely be using this location in the future!

Very well-run location; always helpful. The store itself is clean, orderly and the staff friendly and knowledgable. As I have watched dozens of people do Amazon returns they know all the ins and outs, but don't be surprised if they have to send you around the corner to Kohls - they are just following the Amazon rules.
This is by far the worse shipping company I’ve used,
They dropped my package off at the wrong address when I went in to ask where it is they can not tell me what address they dropped my package off at and my other item has been lost for 3 weeks now in there shipping facility.
How can you operate a shipping company and not tell people where there package is or been delivered to.
I've been here a handful of times. Never waiting in line for more than 2 or 3 minutes. Very helpful and fast.
This location is amazing! The staff was so helpful & professional which has not been my experience with other locations. The location is also great! Easy access, good signage, lots of parking. I look forward to having them be a great resource for years to come.
This store is fantastic and I dont even think of going anywhere else. Everything from mailing packages, notarizations, buying products. Love it all. Very friendly, helpful and speedy staff. Especially at Christmas, this is the ideal place to go. Thank you.
