15 The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and treats their shifts as though it's social hour. If you come in with a package, expect to be treated with eye rolls once they realize they need to pause their conversation to do their job.
They also HATE Amazon returns here. I brought some packages to ship and the first thing out of the employees mouth was, "I hate people with Amazon returns. This ish needs to stop. " It was very unprofessional and actually made me feel a little unsafe.
They were so rude to me that I'm actually concerned about my returns getting shipped out. I had a pair of shoes that Amazon asked me to return to the UPS store without a separate box, and the employee insisted on just slapping the label right on the shoe box instead of packaging it in the batch returns properly. They even refused to tape the box shut. I will definitely be reporting this to Amazon and UPS corporate on the side.
Do yourself a favor and find another location.
I will start with the one saving grace at this UPS store: Jay. Jay is helpful, responsive and excellent at customer service. That is the end of the list of good things at this UPS store. I have had two very unpleasant experiences where important packages were temporarily lost and/or delayed. I have spent extra money for speedier delivery only to have my package take even longer than the price it would have been for the less expensive service. When packages are delayed, the owner of this UPS store is essentially helpless and unapologetic. One time I was on hold to speak to the owner only to be told that instead of picking up the phone with me, he just left for the day. Despite its convenience and easy parking, I have to stop using this facility, it's just not worth it.
Customer service is really bad the guy with long hair has a really bad attitude, wouldnt help with my qiestions and just kept rolling his eyes and ignoring my questions gave me his back and kept talking to his co-workers no people skills whatsoever. Reporting to HQ
The Best service is guaranteed, NOW under the new "Owner's Management" along with NEW well trained professional and customer service oriented STAFF, the store becomes the "One Stop Shop" with the latest added services such as: Laminating, Shredding, Binding, Passport Pictures, Public Computer rental in addition to the original services like Mailboxes rental, Shipping, Mailing, Printing, Fax services, Greeting Cards and Notary Public service.
This is my favorite UPS store. The staff is always super friendly, and the location has a parking lot which makes it easy to get in and out of.
This Place is trash. I’ve come 4-5 times now and they pick and choose what returns they want to accept. I came with 3 small rugs and got told no. Came with 2 boxes (approx 4x4) and they said no. They say Come back tonight or tomorrow cause we don’t have the space. I come back and still an excuse. Waist of time. If you don’t come at the right time they gonna refuse you.
Quick and easy drop off for Amazon returns and mailing anything.
One time I showed up 15 min before closing and they turned me away because it would have caused them to stay past closing. I respect that - it's a family owned business.
Only accepting drop offs even when we got to the store before closing time (25ish minutes) and waited for 10ish for them to say it was too late to pack packages. Seems like a pretty dumb “rule”.
Rude employee, didn’t want to help and told me I have to pay over $2 for him to use the label. Refused to scan the QR code to generate the label, and told me I have to pay for using the computer and print. Don’t have to be so rude nowadays. People should help each other out. Especially when it’s part of the job.
I was completely and pleasantly surprised today when I was able to get a refund on a delivery that had not gone well. Without unnecessary details, Abel was incredibly helpful. He knew how to get me a refund, was very kind and stayed to help me past the time he was off duty! This store and at least that employee is beyond good! Thank you Abel for being so "able.: >
Dudes got so mad when I took of photo of my package being dropped off. Demanded that I delete it. Nope. I dont do that.
Please update your hours on here. I came because it said you’re open on Sunday and I showed up to a closed office.
In response to your reply: I showed up at 3: 20pm and the front door on Pico was locked. It was absolutely this location.
Outstanding customer service! Both employees at the counter were helpful, courteous, and efficient. I had a stressful deadline and specific requirements for my shipment. Employees had excellent suggestions to help me find the best option possible. Thanks guys! I will be back!
JB was a true professional in every sense of the word. He helped me ship an exhaust all the way to Canada. He clearly explained all the fees additional things I wasn't even aware of and definitely saved me a lot of time and energy, let alone money! He even spoke on the phone with my buyer to clarify all the shipping details. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for JB and his helpful staff that day and will definitely recommend their services to all who go there.
Just plain awesome. Store is clean. They always take care of my shipping needs with great customer service. I also get alot of copying and laminating done here. So glad there is an UPS store so close by!
