10I didn’t ever think that picking up a package could ever turn out so badly. I’m in awe at how bad this shop is. Thank goodness there are other options in the neighborhood.
I left a one-star review a few months ago because the service was horrible BUT it seems that the lovely owner is in the shop more often and really goes out of his way to start fixing the wrongs his staff have created.
I had an issue that I had to get fixed asap - involving an international passport and copies, etc. When he couldn't get it done for me, he called his fellow UPS colleges at another location, asked them to stay open a bit later, and asked them not to charge me! Went above and beyond. He is such a nice person that I will start doing more business at this location.
I agree, the $6 they charge for 15 minutes of printer use to print a label is absolutely atrocious.
Every time I go in the requirements per their agreement with Amazon are different. They need a packaging. They don’t need a packaging.shipments need to be in the same box that came to you in multiple boxes. Shipments need to be split up in different boxes. It’s a never ending cycle that leaves me often leaving the store not doing what I came there for.
It seems every other UPS store can figure out what they need to do but this one.
BEWARE and stay away from this fraud store owner. They ask you to email them the return label and then charge you for computer use in addition to print charges. Paid about $6 for what was supposed to be a pre-paid amazon return. Stay away from this Scammer!
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The staff in this location are unbelievably unprofessional and very rude, but MOST IMPORTANTLY they charge you extra with random fees each time you go.because of covid you can't use the computer so they ask you to email your print, but not only they charge you for the print they charge you service fee, EVEN when their printer is off and takes them 20 minute to print 2 returned labels! They chargeg me 20 min service fee to print 2 page! They also charge you for amazon returns when it's free! I paid $5.00 for2 page or prints and they don't even have contactless payment options given there's a pandemic and no one wants to touch the POS machine!
The manager is very rude and unprofessional and doesn't give you a solid reason for they rip off fees!
DONT GO THERE! Go to another location!
I arrived after closing and caught the owner as he was walking to his car. He walked back with me and helped me with my emergency job. Cool guy
He didn’t shut the door in my face when I was rushing in just at closing time with boxes:) rude of me and very nice of him. Thank you!
Do not use this UPS store. It is very poorly managed and I wouldn't trust them. I called ahead to see if a notary would be available and they said yes no appointment necessary. When I got there the notary was on the phone. I politely stood away from earshot of his conversation and waited. For over an hour! Finally the very nice young woman behind the counter asked him how long it was going to be and he said he couldn't help me. He knew I was there to see him and could have politely told me that he would not be available when I first got there. I asked him to do his job as my document was time sensitive and I had already lost an hour waiting for him. His arrogant attitude and lack of respect for his customers was quite apparent. We both got heated and words were exchanged. He threatened to call the police, even though I had not done or said anything threatening. I pointed out that he would have to get off the phone in order to call the police and invited him to do so. He then told me to never come back to his store again. I accept the invitation. All he had to do was do his job but he was incapable of that. He only had to politely tell me when I first came in that something unexpected had come up and he was not going to be available instead of ignoring me.for over an hour. He was incapable of that too. Very bad attitude and customer service unless you are dealing with the competent young woman behind the desk. I will not use their services because it is quite apparent that this arrogant man manages or owns the store and he is incompetent.
Went on Saturday to print some documents and Don went above and beyond to make sure everything worked and was perfect. Thanks a lot, Don, you're the best!
