This store is a neighborhood gem, offering all kinds of indispensable services with the most courteous, prompt and professional service. The owner runs a tight ship with a knowledgable, respectful staff that values customer service above all else. We don't know what we'd do without Esmeralda's personal touch!

I had a mailbox with them for many years and had all my packages delivered there. They were always on point, so much so that now, even though I get stuff delivered to home or work, I still go to this store any time I have a shipping need. They're the best. Especially Matt, who I think is the manager.

Young girl very rude and snippy. I asked a few questions about my Amazon return she just kept saying no way for me to know when the explanation was to scoll down to confirm the one bar code was for two item. Will not be going into this store again. Never been treated like this in any UPS store.

I will never understand why they would put this UPS store here. The parking is already limited, the street is narrow. Their drivers take up a lot of parking to haul things in and out. Not to mention this isn't just a small truck it's a monster. To make it even more of a joke they start setting cones for valet closer towards the weekend making this more of a disaster.

Absolutely Amazing team @ this location. Always so accommodating and most of all patient. You find yourself going into these places semi confused … but they sure do help ease things up for you. I’ll see you soon UPS STORE.my wife likes to have me stop by quite often to drop off all the Amazon returns here. GREAT location to keep in mind.

This UPS Store helps me with all of my deliveries.the staff is helpful, and the items I need are at hand. The only problem is that it is a popular UPS Store. They need more parking. Other than that, they are great.

Hi the new UPS store in Woodland Hills at 6320 Topanga Canyon Blvd.is awesome. You can have a mailbox there so professional efficient friendly and courteous. They have spots for your mailbox very proficient at getting your mail to you in a timely manner I have been with them for 10 years and it’s awesome. They do faxing and copying. They can box and ship for you. They notarize documents and literally no waiting ever practically. They also have supplies if your need for a last-minute birthday card or packaging or tape.

This store has the worst employees. I went there once and would not go back again. Also, it is small and has nobody there.

I always have a pleasant experience; I'm usually "In & Out" quickly. Once I needed something printed for a return; the young lady got creative to assist me in doing so. Also the staff is very helpful.

Of all the locations locally, this one is my least favorite because: 1. Short of parking. They lock the front door so even if you find parking in the street, you still have to walk around to the alley and enter from rear. 2. They are extreme about the mask policy. Crazy about masks, and the whole front door locked things is to keep people controlled. 3. The staff seems like they could care less whether they assist you or not. Probably nice kids working there but it comes down from management, since it’s been this way for years.
I’ve held back multiple times from leaving this location a review but they keep on sending the email requesting the truth so here it is. If you can avoid this location you’ll have a better day. I think if the management doesn’t like people coming into their store and requesting their assistance, they should change businesses. The other nearby UPS Stores are great.

I like UPS service, Always on time and my local UPS on topanga st has very friendly and professional staff, they are always open to help people.

My experiences with the UPS Store has ALWAYS been professional, courteous service. My needs have been taken care satisfactory whenever I use it. I would recommend the UPS Store for the A-1 services it provides.

The store was small but the service was very efficient. Great team there and good at multitasking.

Need more parking spaces.

Routinely the worst attitude. Inconsistent fees and I suspect that one of their employees stole. My Amex info as it's the only place besides Amazon where it was used and the info got hacked.

As I am waking in they ask me to mask up just so you know. And then they have a $2 fee for them to print s label that's already been paid for by the shipper.
