Best UPS Store experience ever. Sean was super helpful with my Live Scan. He's very personable and reassuring.

Super horrible service. The manager or owner or whoever is calling himself Sean is so rude and doesn’t take Amazon return after 3 pm He gets so grumpy and upset for Amazon return. I don’t get it why would you sign up for it if you’re not interested. He makes his own rules and policy. Seriously avoid at all costs. I never seen any rude person as much as him.

This is one of the best UPS stores I’ve been too. I’m always welcomed by Sean. They always help me with my amazon returns. This is by far the best customer service I’ve received. Thx you Sean and your team for always helping me out.

It goes without saying, most UPS stores get inundated with Amazon returns… and let’s be honest, rude and impatient CUSTOMERS. Sean and his staff here are beyond professional, friendly, and helpful. Keep up the good work! It’s much appreciated.

This is by far the best UPS store in the area. I go well out of my way at to visit this store. Sean is always friendly and very helpful. They are outstanding!

Sean was amazing! He saved me a trip to the usps tomorrow by letting me know that they also offer packing and pick up for USPS and printed out the labels I needed to complete my returns.
Great one spot shop for all your packing, fingerprinting, USPS and notary services.

I was charged four bucks to have my package taped! So I paid a dollar a foot for their tape!
The management correctly states below that we should read the instructions carefully or else they will charge $4 to seal your package.
I have tapes in my car now, just in case I forgot to read instructions again

Horrible and disrespectful
The manager he avoided to give the receipt and he ignore you when you are talking
This is the worse ups I ever been
Always people waiting and complaining. They either can’t help or something is wrong with their system.

Sean, the owner of the UPS Store on Portola Parkway should be called "Cyrus" which means "humiliator" in Farsi. He never fails to disrespect anyone who arrives at his door. There used to be nice employees but I'm sure the owner's behavior made it a toxic work environment. Look at the number of 1 star reviews and his response is always the customer is wrong to expect common courtesy. His idea of customer service is that the customer should serve him. He actually has a bright yellow sign on the front counter saying in effect "treat me with respect and use kind words to me. If you think you can do the job better, we are accepting applications! "

Super helpful and friendly staff. I have a mailbox here and I love that I can call to see if there's anything in there so I don't waste a trip.

I couldn't be happier with the services this UPS store provides. Sean always patiently handles my abundant online shopping order returns and is very accommodating. He showed me that there are actually different types of Amazon returns, and some require me to already have the item packaged and sealed (it will specify on the Amazon-prepared label). As a UPS store serving as an Amazon drop-off location, it's important for us consumers to properly prepare any returns via Amazon's instructions. Some returns can just be brought as the item itself but others need to be packaged. They sell packing items here at this UPS store so if you need supplies to package your return, please SUPPORT the establishment and purchase the items you need without expecting them for free. Overall, I have zero complaints about this location and the staff is excellent. Thank you Sean!

I've been going to this UPS Store location for all my mail and notary needs for years now. Sean & Scott are always a pleasure to deal with and are extremely helpful and friendly. It's the exemplary customer service that keeps me coming back.
