The UPS Store reviews
15Awesome spot for any mailing needs! Staff is fabulous! Thank you guys for always taking care of business!
I have had a mailbox, and used many other services, at this location over the past three years, and can’t say enough about how wonderful it is. They always greet me by name and are quick to handle any needs I have. This is, by far, the best UPS Store I have ever used, and highly recommend it to anyone.
Super efficient and friendly positive vibe in this store, the line was almost to the door yet I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, my package arrived as promised. Coming here from now on for any packages I need to send securely and quickly.
Professional, courteous, and helpful.
Have used this branch several times and always had a good experience.
This UPS store is the only one i go to for the employees are friendly and always say hello and are efficient getting your package ready to send out.
I had excellent service. Employees are helpful and friendly.
We use them often. Glad they are located Irvine!
This store has a quality service where provided fast and friendly atmosphere. I always want to ship my stuff in this store. Thank you for an outstanding level of customer service.
Great location. Friendly personnel and very capable, competent and quick. Highly recommend this location and the good people that work here.
I fly into town a couple times a year and I always use this UPS store location to send my shopping back home so I don’t have to worry about paying for extra baggage at the airport. They are friendly and helpful. They wrap my breakables and kindly pack the rest of my things compactly as possible. Sometimes my packages beat me back home. I would recommend their services.
My Wife loves this store.
Friendly and Great service!
Need to ship a package one stop shop!
Went today 06/07/22 and Great speedy service!
The worst and rude UPS I’ve ever been to. Four guys working there. Walked in needing to print something none of them greeted me or tried to help me. Till the one in glasses saw me walking over to the printer, asked me if I needed to print something. Guide me like three steps from BEHIND THE COUNTER. When he scanned my package and handed me my receipt NOT A SINGLE WORD. Customer service just straight up disgusting. I understand this is a college area and most employees are students but come on. The other guys just over there laughing and giggling asking Siri how deep is her love. Super unprofessional and disgusting in here.
My morning LA Times, my scizzors and the snap decision to send an article to my brother in Portland, Oregon, led me to opt for UPS, rather than other immediate carriers. I was not disappointed. A short drive to the UPS store, parking and the UPS send, then I was back home, here in Brea, in about 15 minutes, My brother dutifully notified me of delivery to his porch a few days later. Swift and sweet.
"I came in (without identifying myself as a UPS inside employee) and I was treated very well and I felt like my presence was appreciated and considered throughout every process. I told the employee I was returning a Monster Energy Employee’s lost badge back to Corona while out delivering in Newport Beach. I asked if I got a discount for being a UPS employee and he informed me that there was and applied it to the transaction. My impression of the store was, quite frankly, professional. "
Three letters nao.she's so rude and deliberately unfriendly.so your best bet is going to the packaging store near the old Albertson shopping center its family owed and operated by nice people. Im pretty sure she has a problem with brown people.and the staff knows it and says nothing.ps amazon drop off are better at amazon fresh.hassle free.
If you've ever been in a hurry to ship a package or Mail a birthday card or the most important item or items "A Christmas gift or gifts". Don't sweat it if you have a "UPS Mail & Shipping Store". The long lines move like your next, even if your nine back haha! Thank you UPS.
