19They deserve negative stars. Horrible packing, horrible customer service. They lie repeatedly, and seem unable to answer the phone.
Pretty good. In and out of the store in minutes for dropping off returns. It's not the cleanest or most modern but it serves its purpose.
I’ve come to this store twice now within the hours posted both on the storefront and online and both times they have been closed. Save yourself gas and time and go to another location.
Showed up at 6: 10pm and they are closed! The hours need to be updated! They close at 6pm, not 7!
Dropped a big box off this morning. I was greeted with a "Good morning" as soon as I walked in by Edwin. First impression counts and this was a nice entry. Edwin was friendly, professional, fast and efficient. Then as I was leaving he wished me Happy Holidays. Customer service doesn't get much better that this!
Showed up at 7: 15 and the woman working there had already closed shop. Don’t post your closing time as 7: 30 if no one will be there before then. Unacceptable.
This location was horrible. Correction MATT was horrible! I stopped by on 10/18/19 to drop off my AT&T modem and he seem like he was bothered or something. Maybe unhappy!? I don't know, but whatever was going on with him, I honestly didn't need to feel that energy or anyone else after me. I'll just note to not do business at that particular location.
Very bad costumer services, very rude.
And on top of everything the staff don’t wrap or pack properly the items you send.
Is been twice that the items arrived damaged and broken. Not even in the postal service ever happened to me.
Their customer service is seriously lacking. I went in yesterday and the guy at the computer acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking for his assistance.
The man who helped me was fantastic. System had gone down but he still was able to accept my prepaid packages and was kind enough to give me a padded envelope that I needed. Exceptional customer service!
This location is very convenient located in Miracle Mile. You can’t always be home to pick up a package or getting your package lost or stolen so I choose to pick up from here.

Came in today it's 8: 58, sign says open at 8: 30? Uhhhhh so irresponsible. 6 other customers showed up with huge boxes and all had to leave.
I forgot to securely tape up one of the boxes I'd left with them and didn't remember until I got home. I called the store to see if they could find the box and make sure it's secure. I spoke with Edwin and told me he had already secured the box with more tape. He does this whenever he sees that a box is loose and needs more tape. Now that's customer service for you! Thanks, Edwin. I can sleep easy now knowing my belongings won't be strewn out over the street somewhere in Idaho.
Been having mail come up missing and packages received and then packages for me reshipped to random places. I'm not sure what happened, they used to have excellent customer service and the accuracy was on point.
Very, very rude employees- probably the rudest I've ever seen at any business. Horrible customer service. Didn't package my items in front of me, though I paid to have them packaged- he literally just threw the contents in the back. Package has not shipped yet and is likely missing. Called to confirm, and nobody picked up the phone (I called 4 times). They don't have a voicemail system set up. Avoid this place at all costs.
I bought the next day air where my package was supposed to be delivered to a specific place by the next morning and I just found out that it was left behind taking 2 days. Waste of time and money
