11I go in here a lot and Alan helps everytime. He goes above and beyond to save me money on shipping costs. This is a great spot!
Employees here tried to refer me next door for a service they also do in order to get out of customer servicing. Not the first time I've dealt with treacherous employees in general. Had to literally point out the services they offer from their website so they could get it through their thick heads. At least the clerk who serviced me showed some professionalism quickly getting the process over with. Not so bad now was it?
I was running a few necessary errands this week and I had a young woman with dark hair help me with my return package so efficiently I was in and out in less than 20 seconds. Thank you so much to the staff!

This UPS store is awesome. The people are friendly and helpful. I brought a tripod and a camera that needed to be mailed back in one box so Allen taped three boxes together, two to hold the tripod and one on top with the camera. He was awesome! Love this place!
Great service, Notary, shipping, boxes, mail boxes, tape etc.freindly Staff, Dropping off packages that are already labeled is as easy as setting them down and letting them know its all ready.
Usually no long lines etc to wait in, boxes of all shapes and sizes, custom packing service, among many other things.
All around the easiest and best place in burbank/toluca lake to ship pretty much anything.
Everything you'd hope for in a UPS store, office and shipping supplies are a bit pricey though.
Ron and his crew consistently deliver A+ customer service day-to-day. I've been with them since 2008 and they have never disappointed me.
