Super nice, understanding staff. On time every time for my jobs. I don’t know but they seem very happy at what they do. In my my view that is a sign of good friendly and smart management!

Umee (possibly misspelled) and John are both absolutely outstanding at customer service.both are some of the best customer service employees we’ve ever met. Friendly, efficient, fast working, enthusiastic, make a point of knowing your name and make you feel like a valued customer.

Emailed my label as I was on my way, five minutes before closing, and they had it ready to go when I got there! A+ I'd go out of my way to go to this location. Other location in area (that I have frequented for years) wanted to charge me extra to print the label, and said they would be locking the door at closing time. Guess what I'm saying is, the employees at this location know how to treat their customers, others seem to take us for granted. Again, A+

Great and efficient service of staff at the UPS store in Encinitas. It was great to have notary services at the UPS store; there was no wait time and my document was notarized. Fantastic!

I do not like to give small businesses bad reviews but my brief encounter with the staff was awful. They blamed the owner but appeared to be joyful spreading the new rules. So I brought in an Amazon return and a small postal package. They would not sell me 8 stamps for the package. Insisted I had to use another deliver method or buy a full book and apply what I needed. Why I ask you owner and manager and How can this build good will and encourage me to return. I left with my package and mailed it at the nice easy Carlsbad Post Office drive through using my inexpensive forever stamps. I’ll be visiting the deliver station next to Luna Grill.

The staff made me feel like an imposition simply for my request. And if they don’t care for your project (i.e, passport photos) they will make you wait around and then let you know they are unable to assist. Even if you call ahead to confirm. They waste your time.

There are tons of UPS stores in the area. Pick another one.

The staff moved people through the line efficiently and in minimal time. They were polite and thorough in meeting my request.
