Even though I live right across the street, I have opted to go to the UPS store in the San Pablo Shopping Center. The Richmond Parkway location requires you to wear a mask and the lady who is there most days and wears a thin scarf says that it is so because she has come sick three times in the past couple of months. The other 2 gentlemen that work there do not consistently wear masks, as their actual company policy does not require it. If I'm lucky I will catch those men on a couple of days that I come in but honestly, I am tired of being harassed by her. She told me to get a mask out of the cup, it was empty. Grabbed one from under the counter and said that they don't put them out there because keep using them and they are too expensive.huh? I completely sympathize with her being sick all the time, however, you being sick all the time doesn't give you the right to force customers coming to wear a mask, which is not the company policy. All this to say that I will drive a few extra minutes to the San Pablo location. The young lady at SP was quick and very nice and they don't try to force a mask on you.

Horrible management, there is a specific manager that works here, always wearing a gator mask, not a proper medical mask, always harasses amazon delivery drivers, if this was my store she would be fired, the way she talks to them and how she acts, i just wonder how she treats her customers, super sad and disappointing to witness that in person multiple times, she should definitely get fired!

Horrible that this location is still requiring a face mask. I would not recommend this location because of this. They still living in 2020.

Demarco is super helpful and brilliant at getting you in out. Maximum time I spend here is 5 min! Wonderful staff!

Thank you to Sunday, a sweet, welcoming woman.she really cared about each of her customers and it showed.i told sunday of my trouble with the three women not finding my packet a couple of days earlier.it took her less than a minute to find it.my first name was in huge letters.obviously, they didn't look past it to the last name, when they told me it wasn't there and to wait a few days and "it might show up". So much for bypassing the post office for faster service with UPS

was waiting for service for quite a while and each of the three women ignored me completely.none looked my way.even though we were just a few feet from each other.i finally called out to them and got help.obviously begrudgingly.the three of them frowned at me.so, the three women's service gets less than one star and Sunday gets 10.thank you, Sunday.

Every time I come here, which has been often, the customer service and support has been outstanding! Lisa is incredible! Always has a positive attitude, gives you all the information needed, and always finds a solution to any problem. Thank you, Lisa for your outstanding help.

UPS service in the Richmond 94805 region is terrible. Never made on time even when I used the next day air service, and at least for three times out of five the package was damaged during the shipping. I will file a claim.

I waited in line for 30 minutes and then when was my turn I went in there and I told her I wanna do a live scan one of the ladies told me she’s going to help me another one says no she can’t help me because she has help other people the black lady very rude

I had a pleasant service here on 7/15/2020. I was struggling with a big package shipment that wouldn’t fit in the boxes. I had purchased the 18xby18 box and had to eventually upgrade to the 20x20 and the products still wouldn’t fit -this had already been my second trip. So, When I arrived.of course I had to form a line and had to wait around 10-15 minutes before I was helped (there’s a pandemic happening around us I didn’t mind Waiting).
When it was my time I was assisted by a lady who had colored pink/purple hair, she was so nice and helped me with my package& helped me figure out a way to ship it. The other lady who was there was an older women with blondish hair and she was doing her best on helping customers as well. I overheard a customer trying to give attitude to the blond lady and she handled it so well.
Mind you. I as well was in a rush, and was on a set time to do all this, but you have to be patient-ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TIMES.
Anyways, THANK YOU LADIES for your help especially working during these times-it’s not easy but you made it happen.

They lost my package at warehouse then said have nice day! I never been treated so terrible from customer service. I will never go back this location.

Absent the usual apparent short staffing they run a good store, everyone tying to get the customer's needs met & get then ok their way, readily assisting the "next customer in line"?

Ive been going to this same ups store for a few years now and even though they have changed managers the girls that work there r fantastic all of them, from Lisa the one who says most gracious after every transaction with every customer to the newest girls. They r knowledgeable and very helpful they always make me feel welcome. To them i say thank you great job. I will always remain a customer.

Been to many ups stores and have had extremely bad experiences. This store however my goodness. This is what customer service really is. From the other reviews it seems it was under old management or different owner. Dont think twice, bring your business here.

The lines are so long. The staff is so slow. The manager mis-represented the services she would provide. And a shocking incident while I was there. A well dressed older African American lady came in the store and the manager shouted for her to get out, pointing her finger toward the door; even came around the counter and touched the little lady. I used to live in the south and never saw anything like it. Forget about these rude, slow, nasty people.
