The UPS Store, San Diego CA

Dropped my package off here and the tracking info shows it was reported as damaged the same day, without having left the store. So clearly they damaged it, but they won't answer any questions about what happened or help me find the package.

I've been to this place before to notarize documents and the few ladies here are very nice and make me very comfortable, thank you so much!

Was shunned and humiliated by the very young girl on duty. She asked me if I was intoxicated. I said no, I hadn't had a drop. She still insisted that I was high somehow.

Friendly staff but they won't even tape the boxes and attach the labels. My online store says "just bring it to ups and they'll take care of the rest". But this store makes you stick the labels, seal the packaging. So it has to be in a form ready to drop into their shipping bay. I wouldn't mind but FedEx doesn't make the customer do this. And I think other UPS locations are also not like this specific one.

I went there for notary services. Initially they told me it’s $15. After entire process they charged me $60 saying it’s pricing per signature on document. Very unprofessional. Should have informed me earlier that it’s charging by per signature on paper.

This UPS store is amazing. I’ve been coming to this store for over 10 years now and each time I’ve visited the workers/owner has always been professional, knowledgeable and personable. If I’m out of my community and need UPS service, I will drive all the back to this one because of how they’ve treated me. Excellent customer service. The best!

Brought in many documents to be signed, notarized, and witness. Manager Breella was very professional and thorough. Excellent service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Charge 2.50 to
Print a label out. I try to use my Apple Pay and it declines. The manager “Bri” tells me it’s my issue. I asked since it’s already printed do you think I can just take it. She grabs it from me and says no that I’m rude. Don’t bother going here very unprofessional workers. Also the black dude with curly hair said for me to buy a printer. Take your business elsewhere

UPS store, very friendly and helpful staff. For notary services, they have helped me in understanding what's the process and walked me through page by page compared to any other place, where last page will be shown for signature and payment done. While dropping off bunch of Amazon returns, they will wait with patience until your Amazon app reloads to show barcode for next item, usually there will be angry stares at other places.
