Amazing service under fire - I went into this location on Tuesday 12/27/22 to mail a package to my mother in Texas and send another return back. At approximately 2 pm, I entered the store and was the 11th person in line. Juan was the associate working and he handled every customer in front of me (and myself) with a smile, thanking everyone for their patience and giving them his undivided attention. I was impressed with his attitude and refusal to provide poor service under duress. Both packages arrived prior to their expected date so that was even better.
Great job by Juan and I look forward to doing business at this location again! Thank you so much for reminding us that a smile and composure go along way sometimes!

With a warm smile and an upbeat spirit, Juan always greets us by our names when we come in the door, and we come through the door A LOT! Ms. Washington is always expecting her packages on time and UPS delivers them on time and always gives prior notice. I can count on this location and trust the owner and the workers to show up. I've been a box user for at least two 1/5 years now and will only change because our HQ is moving out of the state.and we are still debating whether to change this address just yet for 2023. Thanks Juan, Justin, and Mr. G for delivering excellent and timely customer service every day!

Thanks Jon the gentleman working Sunday morning when the store first opened you were a great help didn't make me feel like a idiot for not being TEC savey you made my first Amazon return easy to understand you got a new customer for all my mailing needs thanks again

These young men are the most amazing people I’ve ever met at a UPS store. They are so helpful they’re accurate & they’re right on it. They help you with any problems you have they usually iron them out very quickly and I’m so happy they’re in my neighborhood I’ve been to many UPS stores and I just feel like this one is home away from home.

Before people leave a negative review they should think it through and decide if their issue was really the fault of the business. I have used this store often and they always do their job.

2 weeks ago I dropped off a Verizon phone for return. A week later it showed no tracking, so yes I was annoyed and returned to the store to inquire. Turns out the UPS driver just failed to scan the package when they picked it up, but it did indeed make it to its destination. Is this the fault of the store? NO, so why would I leave a negative review that might have an impact on their business and livelihood? Same goes if the problem lies with UPS losing or damaging a package. How is that the fault of the store?

As far as customer service and attitude, having worked in retail myself, it's very difficult to show kindness to someone who's attitude towards you makes you feel like you're their source to vent your frustrations on.

Almost every bad review I read had nothing to do with this business but issues after they did their job.

Very unhappy with this ups store, there is never a manager available.they are rude clearly customer service skills arent required. I paid for next day delivery and package was not delivered by that date request a refund claim finally is processed and approved its been 10 days and still haven't gotten the refund.their refund process is horrible.people pay for a service they didn't receive and can't get their money back in a timely manner.not once did anyone I spoke to be of any service.

I visit this location quite frequently due to my need to return with Amazon or shipping packages for my business. Juan and Justin are ALWAYS very professional, pleasant, even with long lines. They keep it moving even with people's attitude. This location is a franchise, they cannot control UPS, but can give you estimates of arrival/delivery.

Came here at 6pm to do an Amazon return, and the cashier said they're not taking any more items, because they're done for the day. They close at 6: 30pm.

Update: I was contacted by the management for this store. After explaining my issue and hearing his explanation I would like say it was a refreshing conversation.

Many times, places will ignore your issues or blame you for it. It is great to have a place take the time to contact and listen to you. Not only that, actually addressing the issue is how it really should be done. I will change the rating just for this.

I have shipped from here several times over the last few years. When it came time for my business to get a box I decided this location would work. After getting the box, I went in to ship something. I asked as I did that how I get the advertised discount. I was told only if you have a year box, I had tried the 6 mth. Ok, well when I renewed, I got the year.

Come to me shipping, again I asked about the discount. Oh we don't give a discount on shipping.
.
But its on all the posters here. Nope, you can talk to the manager on Monday.
Monday I come by after work. You just missed him. Ok, what time is he in tomorrow. Not in until Friday.

So not only am I not getting my discount, I have to hunt down someone to talk to about and hope I get lucky that they are there, otherwise I'm out of luck and money it seems.

So no I do not recommend this store.

This was an excellent store until Sam retired. The service since then has been horrible and unfriendly. Today I was forced to buy UPS envelopes for Amazon returns. Amazon confirmed this was not supposed to happen and is reimbursing me for the charges.
We used to use this UPS store all the time, but I will never go there again.

Save yourself the headache and money. They make mistakes here and you pay for them. The rates are high. Service is bad. Find another way. Will never use UPS in general again. All they do is give you the run around! And waste your money.

Very bad experience shipped for wrong address and I have to go 3 times to the location if they can help me, they said the manger mr. G not here he will call you and no one call! They told me to talk to customer service and customer service said you should go back to location! My recommendation use fedex don’t use ups! I paid almost $40 to get my package delivered after 18 days!

I went in with two packages 3lbs and 3lbs. He put 2 packages on top of each other and scan with both on the scale. LoL, i got recept of two package 6lbs each. I didnt say anything but lol first time i ever seen this.

Not the best experience. I had come here before without issues but now reading that this place is under new management, it makes sense.

I went in with sensitive paperwork and 2 pre printed labels asking for UPS envelops and label pockets. Justin proceeded to scan the 2 labels I had and puts the paperwork down and tells me he’ll put them in envelopes later when he finishes with the line behind me. I told him that wasn’t ok with me because they were sensitive HR documents and I didn’t want them just sitting on a table. He tells me that as soon as he gets through the line of customers he’ll finish with my 2 document envelopes. I had no choice but to wait as he got through the line.

I tell him it’s not ok and that he didn’t help me thoroughly after I had waited in line like everybody else. I also told him I was still on the clock and he tells me “better for you, you get to make more money”. I was baffled by this as it shows the type of employee HE is. He kept helping other customers as they were coming in. I don’t think it’s ok he didn’t help me all the way through before moving onto the next customer but he said this was the way he was trained. I’m surprised by this as a corporate customer and saying that I had confidential, important documents that he would think leaving a customers package on a table would be ok. Had he provided the envelopes as I had asked, I would’ve done it myself. A process that should’ve taken me 2 minutes to drop off, took me 8 minutes to get out of there.

Please correct your process or be flexible to understand that every customer’s needs can be different. While it may be ok for some to leave their package on a table and ok to scan later, it is not ok for others to do so with confidential documents.
