Never really had many problems with this location until today, where they tried to charge me $4 for one printout of a black and white piece of 8.5" paper. Never again.

Christian was patient as I had to get out a time sensitive shipment. He cares greatly about the customer having a super satisfactory experience. He should be commended for the composure he maintained while the lunch rush started. While learning, he made sure that everything was right! Thanks also to Sheri for considering any potential delays. Made for a great experience overall

Oh look, the last time my return package was seen. Me taking a picture of the box, after the guy wouldn’t give me a receipt showing the drop off saying the driver will scan it.

Spoiler alert: the driver never scanned it, and the manager says their employees don’t need to steal packages, so it couldn’t be internal.

Avoid this one.

This store is great! I bring Amazon returns here often and they are always so helpful and very efficient. They even packed my item for me that I forgot to bring packing material for at no extra charge. Highly recommend!

I went in to return an Amazon item but printed the “Kohls” return label. The guy assisting me was super sweet and patient and walked me through canceling the Amazon return and then correctly requesting that return with UPS. There were a few people waiting in line and I offered to step aside while I figured it out but he said no ma’am don’t worry about that I’ll be happy to assist you! I also inquired about moving boxes and shipping my clothes because I’m moving out of state and he was kind enough to write down the cost and gave me some information on that as well.

The service was just great with him and I could hear the girl next to him also assisting someone who seemed a little challenged and she was very kind and patient as well. Really good business! Thank you for helping me today.

Shawn is the most thoughtful and uplifting UPS employee ever. He has helped me with returns, letters, boxes, gifts, you name it. He is the reason I come to this UPS and not the one closer to my house. Always smiling, always goes above and beyond. Thanks Shawn!

I had the best experience on this place, I had to send some mail and I went to the post office and i was there 10 min prior to close (I have a full time job and that was the only time I could go) despite being there early they were so slow and lazy mistreated me and have me the wrong information they and then they closed and didn't let me send my mail even though I got late because of their mistake i was so mistreated in there they were pure evil i was really bummed and almos cried so I decided to go to UPS because the stay open later I was reticent because they are known to be expensive but guess what? It cost me a 1/3 of what usually costs me on USPS thanks to Sean who was so caring and so intelligent who found me a much better solution to send my mail.also Sheri was super gracious and emphatized with my situation right the way.as soon as I walked the door it was a completely opposite vibe from USPS Sheri and Sean both are incredible human beings and welcomed me with a smile as soon as I walked on the door they both were super helpful and kind and they really felt bad for what I went through on the post office and they not only empathized with me but they also helped me all the way and helped me save money I only spend around $20 on UPS while on the post office it would have cost me almost $70! I want to thank you UPS for hiring amazing human beings like Sheri and Sean! Sean was a genius really he was very creative and he was the one thinking out of the box to save me around $50 and Sheri she was very knowledgeable too and very helpful but most of all she was so nurturing and kind to me I really love them! From now on I will NEVER go to USPS again! No one deserves to be treated like trash and be bullied that way. Even if it costs a little more, is worth it for our mental health to go to UPS where Sheri and Sean will treat you with kindness and respect and not lower your vibration on purpose like USPS did i highly recommend you to think about that when choosing between USPS AND UPS

Thank you! Thank you! Visiting from out of town, I needed something very dear to me to be shipped. The young lady who waited on me was very patient, explained every detail of the packaging and shipping and was very sensitive and respectful to my situation. I don’t remember her name but I remember the excellent service. And once the package arrived I could tell that the service didn’t end once I walked out the store. Kudos and a heartfelt thank you!

I came in with a huge logistical nightmare and needed to ship multiple things to multiple people and needed help in both determining the best way to ship everything but also putting everything into the packaging for shipping. Thankfully I went to the right place and Glen was just amazing in getting everything packed up and shipped out, and did it in record time with minimum involvement from me. I can't thank Glen enough for everything he did and would recommend anyone who needs assistance with their shipping needs go to this store because you will be well taken care of and you too will be impressed with the level of service you received.

Manuil & Reekin just spent 20 minutes expertly packing a TREADMILL for shipment and i cannot express how wonderful they are. So kind and patient and good at what they do! Give them a raise! Seriously…give them a raise.

This UPS store is great and what makes it great are its employees. I had a large, oversized package that I needed to return and Harmony and Venaya made the experience easy, even going the extra mile by helping me carry in the large item.

I needed to return two dresses I had bought online and when I walked in a very nice gentleman helped me out and I was in the store for less than a minute! Very polite staff, no wait, and smooth return process!
