Sent a box full of UPS packages to this location. I called in ahead of time to make sure it would go smoothly and Carlos gave me some instructions for the label. When the box arrived everything was scanned into the system without any problems. Excellent, trustworthy service.

I'm a regular this place, going for my Amazon return.
They have friendly and very professional staff, and great customer service.

They charge 8 dollars for amazon return empty box which we throw out in the garbage. Very bad service and rip off

Called 3 times, immediately been put on hold each time. Waited over 45 minutes, no one pick up the line, so I kept calling back from different phone. Frustrating in getting service from this location if you have phone inquiries.

This store posted in store FREE FACE COVERING for seniors 65+ in age. I saw 2 seniors in their 80’s asked the owner during their visit in store AND he brushed them off as not willing to offer. I think the elderly couple were embarrassed by the attitude. Unfriendly place!

By far the best UPS I've dealt with. Regardless of which employes you deal with they are all very kind and helpful.

Some of the workers here at this location are extremely lazy. One in particular i believe is name Roger. The dude literally stands there and does nothing, doesn’t ask if anyone needs help or assistance. There was a lobby full of people and he didn’t help ANYONE and was doing absolutely nothing. I’ll keep coming back but don’t ask Roger for help he is literally the worst. Not like he’ll even help in the first place.

Great experience past 2 times I've been there. Was greeted upon entering store. Carlos was helpful lifting a heavy item I had to return, props to him! This place is more spacious than other UPS locations, clean, ample parking, and a great location with other businesses in the plaza. This is my go to UPS store for future business!

The man that claims to be the owner of the store has THE WORSE customer service skills EVER! He talks over you as you are trying to explain what you are trying to say. He has ZERO knowledge of how to communicate politely to the customer. He offers NO solutions and makes it seem like YOU are the issue and not them. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this store. ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GET SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION!

Had the worst costumer service PLEASE ALL DON’T VISIT THIS PLACE THE OWNER VERY RUDE (even Amazon customer representative was very shock people like this still exist), I couldn’t even understand him at all, he was not respectful, he doesn’t care if other customers are around he raise his voice, he raise his voice like yelling, the Owner doesn’t let you talk or explain anything, worst place ever I be submitting a report, VERY RUDE MAN SORRY FOR YOU, Seems you are not Happy at all, I hope you read it and change your attitude.

I have yet to receive any package from ups. They’re always sending the packages back to the sender without notification. The site is difficult to navigate through to answer questions. I now have another package that was “out for delivery” then changed to “delivery change requested” within an hour of departure. They rely solely on you to check for their updates and changes.

As I move to region to region in the United States this particular UPS store made the pre-transition extremely easy to set up a mailbox virtually that way my arrival post-transition will be very easy. Thanks!

WAAYYYY BETTER than the POS FedEx behind them. They take the time to handle a customers need rather than not do anything like FedEx.
