Experience with this place has been great. I did shipping, print, fax, and some Amazon returns. No issues.

I visit this location to return my package (the package was lost during the shipping by ups and came late). I already have shipping lable but needed to be printed, so I asked them if it is possible to print the label (ups lable) so I can return the package. They said NO even if it is ups label, and said they are going to charge me $2 for printing one label. I went to other location near by and asked same thing and they just printed out for me. This place always has horrible customer service every time I visit and will never go back to this place even it is located close to my home.

Ups의 실수로 배송이 늦어져 린을 해야하는데 Ups 레이블 프린트를 ups 에서 부탁드렷는데 단칼에 안된다고 하네요. 프린트 하는데 $2 이라고. 곧바로 다른 ups로케이션에 가서부탁했더니 흔쾌히 해주시더군요. 손님대접 받고싶어서가 아니라 이정도의 서비스까지도 돈을 받으려 하신다는것에 참으로 야박하다 느끼게 되네요.

If you have an option to make an Amazon return at a different location, DO SO. This location doesn't ship off items to Amazon in a timely manner and therefore drastically prolongs the refund process.

IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: My package hasn't had any shipping movement since your location created the UPS label on Friday the 6th of May for my Amazon return, which means my package has not been scanned for shipping. Stop trying to justify any negative comment that is left for your store.

Every time I go here, I receive very nice service, which I appreciate a lot. Problems by complainers in reviews are not even related to them. They need to think before they spend time complaining. I tried other UPS stores around this area and this is the best location, especially for shipping. Highly recommend!

Will never use this place again. Went there on the 28th of February to do a notary and have something mailed and just went there today a week later and my package never made it to its destination. Paid $20 to have everything sent and it never got sent

These people will 'lose' your package if you send it with them without a box to cover the contents. I dropped off a product to this store and it was never shipped from the location. If you dont wanna deal with the hassle of your item being stolen either package it yourself or dont use this location.

I am appalled at the price they charge for a notary, especially in store. I'm a notary, but the price they charged is what one would charge if they came to me. This is rip off. Notaries in person like this are between 2-5 bucks. They will never get my business again. And they should have the price listed or make you aware before they notarize. I am truly not happy.

I've had my PO box here for some time now and I've had zero issues with the service or the staff. Everyone here is very kind and professional, specially Mr. Yung. This is a great option to have business correspondence as well as personal packages delivered. My items would always get stolen at my residence and this location is perfect for me as it's down the street from where I live. I've used many of their services. Highly recommend.

My experience ps at this store have been great. I prefer the customer service at this location. Return packages are gladly accepted.

I came in with a complicated order on a busy day and I was helped with quick, efficient and friendly service. The employee behind the counter was so helpful and did their best to get folks waiting in line outside in and done as quickly as possible. Can't stress enough how happy I was with the service today.

You're an embarrassment to the business people out there.
You lied and tried to rip me off!

Worst UPS Store & Access Point Ever! The UPS Customer Rep needs more training in his customer service skills and his English. He returned and decline releasing my package to me. Even had UPS Customer Service Rep on the phone stating to me that I refuse my package, when I am over here trying to picking up my package. Then he comes says to me that the shipper request the package back to them and to contact shipper.shipper tells me that they have it and they did not request that and now I have to reorder my order. This UPS far off the worst. Everyone there needs re-training on all their skills including there English. Because I showed them proper and correct identification for them to release it to me. So annoyed with the workers there. Will No longer go here for any service. Makes UPS look bad.

NEVER PRINT anything at this store. They charge additionally for using computer to get print! There are far more options near by which are way cheaper and WITHOUT ANY HIDDEN FEES!

Owner charged me to print a UPS label, for a package that UPS destroyed. When questioned why, his response "we aren't UPS, we are just a franchise". He was not very helpful, friendly or customer service oriented. How about a "sorry for the inconvenience of returning something that the company that on my sign outside destroyed.for your troubles, here is a label". He actually answered the phone while I was trying to talk to him. Not going there ever again.

I had to return a text book I rented through Amazon. I hadn't printed my shipping label yet but Mr. Yung was nice enough to show me how to go about it and even suggest which size envelope to return it in. This was a great example of customer service. You can definitely tell that he cares for all of his customers.
