11This store likes to close earlier than the 6: 30 close time. Got there at 6: 25 to drop off my labeled packages and they were entirely closed (gate closed inside and not one person to be seen). Not a good experience considering time is essential to UPS.
Made it a really quick trip to drop off a prepaid and printed labeled package. I asked for a receipt and received one on my way out. However, the receipt showed I dropped off a 21LB package when what I dropped off was just 0.7LBS! So, I went back in to get a proper receipt. It turns out that the attendant weighed another package and gave me a receipt for that! Wow! You just have to be careful with what you get and double check if the receipt is important. I took a couple of stars away due to the careless mistake.
Patient and professional. They went above and beyond to help us with our Amazon returns that we didn't have boxes for. Very kind by helping us with lifting since we were busy juggling our baby and return barcodes. Calm, efficient service even when very busy.
The young kids working there both male either stole my package I had them box or UPS lost it. Either way I don’t recommend this store or using UPS for anything. A 500 dollar musical instrument was stolen or lost.
James was very professional and personable and helped me save money on shipping by making my shipping box smaller. I was so impressed and thankful.
GREAT SERVICE. The owner helped me get my information from the online shipping. He went out of his way to help and he stepped up when the ups call center failed. Thank you for your help.

Employees locked the door a few minutes before the 3: 00pm closing time. Myself and another customer were waiting outside for at least 5 minutes, and when another customer exited we walked in at 3: 01pm and were told by multiple employees that they were closed. I am a stickler for rules but this was terribly poor customer service.
I stopped back in to ask why the package I had shipped with them wouldn't arrive Friday but instead the next Tuesday and if there was a way to expedite. The employee could not have cared less about my issue and gave me the "no guarenteed delivery" lecture. No customer service - no courtesy - no interest in my shipping delay. There are other shipping options available locally.
I had a box at this store a number of years ago, but needed assistance recently with a package delivery and Lydia could not have been more helpful. It was a quick reminder of why I used this location back then and would definitely recommend them to anyone needed shipping services in the SC area. Friendly and helpful staff.
