6I went to the UPS store to send my tax returns certified return recipe on 10-7-21 the clerk that helped me was Patrick. He failed to put the postage on the packages. My tax return got returned to me. I went back to the store and Patrick told me they are not responsible. I'm so upset! Please be careful and make sure you watch them put the postage on your package and get a receipt.
I love going to this UPS Store. Great place. The associates are always helpful and kind.
Hello, the owner Mr Jordan went out of his way for me today as he proofed out a few typos on my resume' before giving me the final copy and asked nothing in return.exceptional customer service, plain and simple.

This location deserved 0 stars - I came here in January to send a shipment to a friend in Mexico for her wedding. I waited about 2 months to give UPS and the shipment to arrive before asking questions. The tracking number after it left the U. S.could not track my shipment which the staff should've warned me about before accepting my package. When I contacted the store the store manager Teresa said at one point "it is not her responsibility once the package has left" I asked if they can help me track the package down so I can get it back but nothing no help. The last time I spoke to the manager Teresa she hanged up on me. I did not realize this UPS store used the local post office to send my package. If I would've been told this I would have taken my package myself and not waste anyone time. All I ask is for them to help me track my package and some accountability.
Very friendly and always great service. I've had a mailbox here for the past 5 years. I was able to set it up and get my mail forwarded here over the phone before I even moved to the area.
They can handle any of your shipping, copying, faxing, packing, notary and other small business needs.
