The UPS Store reviews
14Sean and his wife are professional and courteous. We’ve been clients for over 11 years. Great service and very funny jokes! The staff are caring and careful with our mail and packages. The store is clean and bright with ample parking and long open hours 7 days per week.
Great location, clean and bright. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, I had to ship a guitar and they were able to provide packing services for me which was great. Kierra was especially helpful. Plenty of convenient parking as well!
UPS, Seriously start doing something about this place! I have read these reviews and all they say is there is something about this place that is not good! I lost my package here and Sean (I assume the UPS store owner as he was confidently making fun of me in front of others), was laughing to my face and insulting me in front of other customers. I am pretty 100% sure he has something about stealing my package as when I returned the item he saw the item and told me it is very expensive. This guys has serious issues. I am down 6,000$ for these guys irresponsibility and unprofessional performance.
Owner of store must hate Amazon returns but it’s probably most of his income. I returned two packages where I thought it said on the Amazon website I did not need a box or a label. I did return in boxes but one was not closed. He said he will give the tape for free this time but will charge $5 the next time. He told me the scan is different and I have to pack them. I said next time, I’ll have UPS pick up. He said no, you can’t print at home. I told him I could’ve had pick up and they will bring the labels. Why I decided to discuss anything w this guy, I don’t know. He became very rude very quickly. Be prepared for bad customer service
Worst UPS ever, would charge 2 dollars for taping although I only need about 5 inch long tape to secure original sealing.
Staff are mean. You may earn 2 dollars, you lose customers. Very short sighted UPS locality.
Don’t come here to print! Spent 6 dollars to print one page B&W! They charged 3 dollars just to use the PC for every 2 minutes. Idk if it’s just location or all ups do that now. I remember they used to charge me $1 for one page.
They are quick and have great hours. It's also in an easy enough location to get in and out quickly.
Terrible place for printing. They charged my credit card for only one page print $26. Never go here again.
Rude staff with 0 ability to read the names on th package, gets confused on his own accord and takes it out on the customers.
Run by thieves. They will charge you for 8x more and refuse to refund you back to the price they should have charged claiming "we can't change it".
If I can give something less than one star, i would here. There is this 'attitude' when it comes to returning Amazon packages here. I was the only person in the q and the counter Rep says you need to be ready with the codes which Amazon sends in an e-mail for returns. I had 3 of them and had to search 3 e-mails. It must have taken about 3 mins in total and this person makes a big deal. I can understand if there were many others. It was just me. Maybe UPS and Amazon should talk how they could make it better between them. As a customer, this attitude from staff is callous.
I don't even want to give 1 star. The most senior person at the store is very rude and unprofessional.
Never go for ink fingerprinting to this location, they don't know how to do it. Ink rolling should be done by a certified person but if you go to this place anyone available at the counter will do it. They don't have proper tool, training and setup to do a clean ink fingerprinting. I had to go to a different place to take another set of fingerprint card. All money I paid to UPS Store wasted.
It was just wow service.super 5 star customer service by the the young guy at the counter.at max it took 40 seconds to return an Amazon parcel which I took it there without taping.in less than 2 minutes i was back at my car.on top he discounted me $2 for redoing the tape. Thanks buddy.keep it up
I've been going to this place for years because it is close to my home. Today, I went there again to return an Amazon package (small box) and ship another package. I forgot to re-tape the Amazon package for return. When I asked if he could re-tape the box, the guy said he charges $2 for taping. I did not want to pay $2 to re-tape the small box, so I took my two packages and went to another UPS store that is little farther from my home. The other UPS store re-taped the Amazon package without charging me $2, and also took care of another package - he provided 3 price options for me to pick. From now on, I think I will be going to the other UPS store that is little farther from my home.
