The UPS Store, San Diego CA

I went here on a Sunday with a very specific request of packaging a very expensive/ fragile guitar to ship internationally. Parker and James were extremely kind, patient and helpful. They did a 10/10 job. This was the best ups store experience I’ve ever had. Quick, easy and pleasant. The staff rocks!

The crew who works here is the best. We have to come in a lot for Amazon returns, and I also come here occasionally for things like printing and notary services. They’re always super friendly! And they’re very efficient too. Appreciate this store’s staff.

Jasmyne helped me out with mailing out a package and she provided excellent customer service and was extremely friendly. Definitely would recommend this location.

Holy cow I love this place! The young female employee is a serious dynamo that keeps this place running like a clock. Her colleagues are great too, and the owner is just the sweetest man (and originally from Australia I believe.) My husband and I have used them for drop-in notary certifications, passport services, and to mail packages of all kinds. Excellent, very competent service. And like all UPS stores, it’s a franchise, so you’re supporting a local business. Thanks you guys so much!

1 star for lazy employee # 171210. I am here on 10/16/2021 02: 26pm the employee is lazy to check for my package. When I have a tracking number detail shows the package is at the location. He said the package is still on the truck, but I got my ups note saying come to this location to pick up. Both shows it is here, but he just does not want to do his job and rude attitude toward customers. Why Ups has such rude employee like this.

Leonard was super helpful and extremely courteous. He helped me get some urgent paper work out the door fast. Charged a fair and reasonable price. The store is spotless and located right near Petco on the south side of the mall. I will be seeking their assistance in the future. I called in beforehand to get the green light on what was needed. If you are not sure, it is always good to check in advance!

Fantastic staff! They know me (and I know them) by name. They are swift and courteous. I enjoy dropping in when the need is there and always walk out with a smile. I feel very taken care of by everyone in there. I will go out of my way to use this particular store more than any other and over USPS when possible.

Excellent service. I drove to this location because the UPS store closer to my home has never felt professional. I was greeted with a smile and felt everything was going to be packed/sent perfectly.

I give them 5 stars cause the service is excellent and they friendly, alway willing to help, and they know their job.

Very nice place, with a very friendly and professional staff. I have a mail box there and every time I go check my mail, I am warmly greeted.
I also used their services for printing e-mails and for notarized documents. Kari always went above and beyond to help me. I recommend this store.

This woman's attitude on both visits were sour. I felt like it was an inconvenience to her both visits. Boo you lady. Ill pick a better location next time. You can take the 30 cents and buy yourself some service. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I wasn't expected to pay you. 30 cents to take care of a hassle free return according to Amazon.

Service is always top notch. They always have whatever I need and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Their open hour is until 7pm, and I walked in at 6: 15 and was told they are closed. Seriously? !

Super easy for Amazon returns including printing the label if you need it. They couldn’t make it easier.
