The UPS Store, Temecula CA

One more than a few times, I have arrived at this place to find that they have closed early. I mentioned it to the clerk, but nothing has changed. This morning I arrived at 9: 55 and found that there were already several people waiting for the store to open at 10am. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to open up, I left. I won't be using this postal location and certainly won't be recommendeding it to anyone.

This place is a big waste of time! Went at 1: 30 for a live scan and was told to come back after work at 3: 30. Got there at 3: 30 and the person left for the day! Who does business like that?

Their page says UPS cutoff time is 5: 00 but they would not take my package at 4: 55. I will give a 5 star review when they change their page to indicate their actual 4: 45 cutoff time.

Re: NOTARY services, tip. We made a notary appointment online specifically for this store. My mom had to drive past our local one, an extra 15 mins to this one for the notary services. On arrival, we were informed they didn't have a notary at this location. Not leaving 1 star because it isn't this location's fault, but this should be fixed on the website so that only locations with notaries accept appointments for this service. I suggest to call ahead to verify before driving here for notary services.

The people that work here are hard workers. Sometimes there are 6 ppl waiting. They get thru ppl quick. They know what's going on. They are all on there top game. This is one of the best ups stores around.

I went in on a Friday, shortly before closing with my *Amazon return. 2 people were ahead of me. I didn't have to wait long and my transaction took less than a minute. Ivan was the only one working. I had several questions about their services which are quite extensive. I'm sure he was more than ready to go home, it was past closing time, (I checked my receipt before I wrote this) but despite that he answered all my questions.
He was very pleasant and quite efficient. The owners are lucky to have him.

I use this UPS location all the time to mail and return packages. Service is always quick and friendly!

Reggie is super friendly every time I go into the store. I like the consistency of see the same smiling faces behind the counter.

I love this location! Everyone here is always helpful to me. We have a box here and they treat us like we are welcome.

The staff at this location are exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with using this facility for shipping needs and mail delivery.
