The UPS Store, Lathrop CA

Worst customer experience. Lady working there was super rude. Gave 1 star because other person handled situation gently and shared enough knowledge. Won’t be surprised if this franchise got shut down mainly because of her rude behavior.

I brought an Amazon return to this location. I was given a return receipt, but the return never registered in Amazon's system. What happened to the return? Something is very fishy.

This guy Nikki/ Ricki was really rude and racist, he offered to help a white customer who walked in after us, then when he finally came to us he denied to do notary at 11: 45am saying he has someone coming at 12 to do notary as well, I tried to convince him that 15 minutes should be more than enough for us but he didn’t listen and said to come after 12: 15, we left came back at 12: 15 then he told us to go back to the end of line and wait, I tried talking to him then now we have an appointment and he should help but he was rude again, it’s UPS’s loss as we left and got the notary done somewhere else, won’t ever be visiting this store again, terrible service.

One of the employee is racist. Don’t want to comment but when I discuss with friends they said they had the same experience with that guy. But rest of the staff is really nice and respectful.

Melissa & Bryce were very helpful with my return transaction. Will be back for sure & will suggest that my friends use this Lathrop facility. Good job!

Today Rikki saved me so much aggravation. After a long morning of trouble with my printer I finally decided to just go to my local ups store and have it printed so I could return my Amazon package. Rikki was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He did his job swiftly and kindly. I hope he gets recognized for being a great employee. Thank you!

I would like to say what great customer service Rikki, Bryce&Melissa have given me.they always acknowledge me when I walk in and are willing to help me with any questions I ask. They are very fast at what they do and get u in and out. Thank u guys, keep it up. DELIA Anguiano

Wish I can give them zero rating. They do not even deserve any kind of ratings. Pathetic staff with no respect for customers. They will ask you to wait outside in hot unless they call you inside and will be very rude to you. They will always be short staffed and will always be frustrated. Better go to any other store which have more empathy for people. This store is the worst of all.

Ricky was very helpful, polite, and professional. Everyone at this store will do this best to help assist you and I’ve had nothing but good experiences here!

The only store I’ll go to for my shipping needs, they literally have the best prices in town don't waste your time looking around. Sophie is one of my favorite employees she's always so resourceful and makes things so easy for me. Especially when helping me pack my things up. Stop by and tell em Mark sent ya!

Horrible place. I'm handicapped and can't stand for very long. They told me 5 people at a time. It's 110 degrees outside! I asked you want me to wait outside in this heat? She said yes! How about go sit in your car and we can call you or come get you when it's your turn! Worst customer service, no empathy at all

Terrible customer service, they say if you want to send something out you need to be here by 4 even though they close at 5 on Saturdays. Sounds like people just wanna start their weekend to me.

Please do not give up on UPS franchises; I have patronized other UPS Store locations. If I could give Lathrop UPS Store a Negative five stars, that would be generous. Might include the district manager in this negative star rating for not knowing how this location operates. Franchises are to act similarly, offering the same services at a like price for the region. Not the UPS Store in Lathrop; this location will nickel and dime you for every little thing; if you question their pricing, they have a cookie-cutter answer for you. Hopefully ownership will change.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.worst customer service ever. Went twice to return an item and each employee has their own rules on both occasions I was there. Never going there again. Rude Staff.
