18Very cool establishment with even cooler staff! Love this place! Come here all the time! Favorite UPS store by far, I live very close to the one on freeport but I go out of my way to go to this one because of the staff. Come here for all of my printing needs.
Went in for an interview was told would be called a few days later.never received any call so I called and they said position had been filled may very possibly been racially profiled and may take legal action
Incompetent. I wasted nearly an hour of my time here and still couldn’t get a fax out correctly. I was charged twice to send out a fax that the recipient never received.
Don't return the Amazon package. They charge for extras packaging fee, and email fee, copy fee.

I was helped by Veronica and what a help she was! I had returns from Amazon to drop off-one was a little more complex than the other but she made them both easy. The store was clean, quiet, and it was such a good experience, I had to leave a review.
I went in to return a few Amazon packages & Veronica was more than helpful. This location is lucky to have her!

Unreasonable attitude toward solvable problems,
Store manager lacks ethics, judgment, professional standards, and common sense, iligitimet business standards
Dropped off Amazon return, was given a receipt with unmatched tracking number. Was told at the time was normal. Now Amazon says package is lost not returned and will not refund $300. Store manager blamed customer and says too bad. Refused to assist locate package and find solution. Business ethics and common sense are supremely lacking. Would not trust this store with anything valuable. If anything at all happens, management will say so sorry too bad. Use this business at your own risk. Warning ️ has been issued!
In response, to the owners response, it is a shame and a solidifies my review. I called the corporate office and they said the remedy was filing a lost package grievance with the store, this store owner seems to be unaware or unwilling to comply with UPS policy and recommendations. The BBB and the the State should really look at the business practices of this business as the owner/manager has proven his inexperience and lack of education and leadership are negatively effecting the business clients both financially and ethically.
Shame, again, there are plenty of other locations and similar services right around the corner. Use this explicit location at your own risk️️️!
This is my one stop shop! I have to travel for work all the time and this shop helps me with all my needs. Shipping stuff home is a breeze and if I have any issues the manager is ALWAYS soo helpful and understanding. Notary - in and out in like 5 mins. Seriously recommend coming here for anything!

I have a lot of packages coming to this Ups store as I’m a mailbox customer because of a recent move and didn’t have a new place picked out yet to move in, so I rented a mailbox for $200 which has been proven a waste of money because they aren’t recognized by SMUD or USPS. Also whenever I come in to pickup my packages which I was already advised they are there, the young man at the counter acts so put out by my request to go look for my packages and always gives inaccurate information to me to not have to look for my packages.
This UPS location stole the $300 paintball gun I dropped off with Amazon QR code return label. Amazon said that this shop gave me a tracking number that doesn’t match the QR code Amazon provided.
When I called this shop back. The girl on the phone said that usually they group everything into one tracking number that goes back to Amazon so that’s why the tracking number they gave me is not exactly a tracking number. And that she will have a manager call me. Which never happened!
I returned other product today from Amazon at another UPS store. And they said the same thing. That they group everything together. But got my refund within 10 minutes of scanning the QR code.
So I guess one explanation. They store my $300 package!

I will always go to this location when I need their services! All of the staff are extremely Professional, Knowledgeable, and Friendly. KUDOS! I believed good Customer Service died.thanks for proving me wrong.which does not happen often.
Great experience with customer centered service! I was assisted by Nathan, who helped me out close to closing with finger prints. Despite the time involved with the process, he was more than happy to assist. 10/10 will come back for future business.
