I’ve had 3 packages lost by this location. The response I get from them is to file a claim with the sender because to them they never received the item. The first time this occurred I showed them a photo provided by usps of the package being handed to the employee at the counter (package in hand) but they still claimed they never got it. I’m also still waiting for the replacement key for my box that I paid for months ago. The employees are for the most part friendly unless confronted about an issue. I understand things happen, staff changes, training issues but please stop losing my packages.

Almost 9: 25am an walked in this UPS store with only 2 people working and one guy was yawning while the other guy was actually taking customers. What’s sad is the line inside was wrapped around all the way to the copier/printer machines

Although this location can get busy at times the staff is always polite and friendly. I went in to complete a live scan; and Matt got me finished and out the door within a few minutes. Appreciate the fast and punctual service.

I would not use this store location to ship packages. I went in to ship a package of my bfs medicine out of state. Paid the extra 93$ for two day shipping. Is arriving late. Asked for a credit since I was not getting what I paid for & they would not help me. I wouldn’t even ask for a credit because I know things happen but I talked to customer service and they said the reason it’s arriving late is because they didn’t even create the label until 6: 30 that night. Now he won’t even receive the package because he’s leaving tonight to another job in another state. I let the store worker know how important it was for him to get this within in the two days and apparently they don’t care. And don’t care to own up to their mistakes and give credit when needed. Will not use again! Not responsible enough to send packages off when they’re supposed to!

I went in for a return and was about the 8th person there in line. I was in and out within 5 mins. A staff member by the name Mariah was excellent and quick with not only mine return but she serviced all the people in front of me in a timely manner. She was sweet and smiled the whole time.

Very busy … walked in and was greeted i was just simply dropping off a return.front clerks have a-lot of multi tasking from helping customers print, fax or use the computer to running the register if you go here for a simple transaction its fast but be prepared to wait if you need assistance with documents

I arrived at 3: 50pm on saturday and they already had the door closed for customers.saying “we are closed already and not taking more people except these customers already in store” but i was already in the store? And the door says UPS closes at at 4pm on saturday?
should put another sign outside for customers saying you can’t handle more than 4 customers at same time! Also let UPS corporation know too for not taking care your customers and closing early than you guys suppose to!

Package of documents sent to Fresno, had correct address, but returned to UPS store as undeliverable. I waited a few days, per the recipients advice, but after a week without being delivered, i called thinking it had been lost. Nope, sitting at the store with NO contact to redirect or claim. I had to claim the package, and made the delivery myself. I'm not a happy customer, and would give negative stars if possible.

Manager at this store refused to help with a shipping issue said they can't look anything up over the phone. If I could Give a negative number as a response this store would get it.i needed to know why I was being told by a vendor that ups could not deliver to my house. I see their truck on my road several times a week

We have been a mailbox holder for a while. The staff at this location far exceeds our expectations. They will go the extra mile with their 5 star service. Kiera, is by far the most diligent and professional service agent at this location. Jorge is also a close runner up. Both are an asset to this location. These two deserve a raise. If you have mailbox, notary, or just a simple shipping need, this is your spot.

Sometimes the line is a bit long but for the most part they get the job done I’ve never had any issues and the line moves pretty quick!

I enjoy coming to this UPS location because it’s convenient for me and the staff & store manager are always so welcoming and helpful when I come in. The store manager is so nice! I highly recommend this location to get your errands done here.

Went in for a notary today and it was preformed by the female there named Kiera. Very knowledgeable and made the process very smooth and painless for me. Only complaint is how hot it was in there.

I recently came in to ship out some items to my grandchildren. I had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful young man who's name I did not catch. He carefully packaged my items for me and was very patient with me. Will most definitely choose this location again in the future.
