Nice staff but seriously need to hire more people to work the desk. Only one person assisting customers and one other associate working on other things.people are in a rush to do other things that we have to do.tooooooo slow service just for a drop off
Was charged to ship an Amazon return back to Amazon. While paying the $30 for a box, the guy behind the counter was being really rude to a different customer trying to ship an item NDA. This location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
Amazing store and service! If you follow the ups and Amazon rules that are posted online and handed directly to you on their apps, it is a very easy and fast experience to return packages.
This place is absolutely terrible! I paid thousands of dollars to ship many items and they shipped it to the wrong location and expect me to go track it down instead of taking some pride in their work and resolveing the situation with some good old fashioned customer service. The manager here is an unpleasant human being.

Absolutely wonderful service every time I go. Not only is it just a couple of miles from home, the employees are outstanding. Yesterday I had to return to Amazon car parts and I expected them to tell me I would have to go to the UPS hub. I’ve heard this happens at other locations. Not here! With a big smile they took it without blinking an eye! No matter how busy they are, every employee has a full grasp of what needs to happen, and makes it happen. Just wanted to let them, and everyone, know how great they are!
