Slower than the DMV, super rude and just generally toxic. To the boomer at the counter, maybe it’s time to retire, lose the stick up your *** and relax buddy.

Here’s a clue, you’re a nobody and the world owes you nothing! But, take this One Star! You deserve it! Don’t pat yourself too hard on the back now.

Of all the brick and mortar UPS stores I’ve used this has to take the cake on being the worst by far.

I definitely wished I read the other reviews first because although this store is a two minute drive from me, I will happily go to another location next time knowing I’m not giving this business even the lint out of my pockets.

He never opens on time and makes you wait holding packages while clearly it’s past his opening hours marked on his entry door.

They say they are open till 6: 30pm but seem to close whenever they want. If you want to close at 6, then advertise that you close at 6.

Do not go there. Mark Stoeve is the owner and he was rude from the moment I walked in. He is not customer oriented, so disrespectful, and not willing to help. He asked me to read the label information because he said he cannot see and constantly talk aggressively. I left the store without processing my shipment. Clearly he does not like his job and being here. Go somewhere else. I just noticed all these other bad reviews about him and the location and missed to see them before walking in the store.

My first time (and last) at this UPS store. The tall older man couldn't even crack a smile. He was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by mailing out a package. Good customer service is key these days, people talk, and people do read reviews. A little kindness goes a long way sir and if you're that unhappy, it's probably time to retire or find something that brings you joy.

As others have noted, very disrespectful service from the older chap with white hair. Go elsewhere!

Do not bother. The grumpy old man who works here really doesn't want to help anybody. Save yourself the trip.

I was in last Sunday. I was in the parking lot and a young man who worked in this location asked if I was coming into UPS. He saw I was struggling with a package in the trunk of my car and getting it taped up. He offered to make sure it was wrapped up and secured. He handled the few things I needed to ship and I was on my way. Very exceptional service. I wish I had gotten his name but he was working around 3p on 2/14/21. Thank you for your help!

The worst UPS Store I have ever! The man with white hair is very unmannerly. Never come here again.

Iv had a mailbox at this location for a few years now and iv always had fast professional service. There's been a few mail mix ups but that's going to happen occasionally with new hires. Owner Mark is always helpful and professional.

The website says they close at four on Sunday, I got there at 315 and they were already closed. Will never go back there again. I even tried calling them before I left but nobody would answer, since the website said they will close soon and that they will close at four I went there anyway. Very very disappointing.

The older guy is a little gruff, kind of embarassed me and made me feel awkward once, but there is a very kind man that works there that I always hope to see, just something apart from the rest of what orange county has become.

A very rude gray haired older man works there and is very unhelpful to the point that I will never go back there. I went in one weekday morning when there was no customers in there to make a couple Amazon returns any flat out said "you better not have more than a few I have too much work"I know drive an extra couple miles to go to a different store as to not have to deal with him not great customer service

Showed up to drop off a package. Posted hours say they are open until 4pm on Sunday. No one was there and doors are locked. I suggest you change your posted hours.
