Tony is the store manager, he has great customer service, makes you feel welcome and provides safety/wellbeing to his store front.
The best part is that the carpet is clean and fresh to all his returning customers and new ones. I fully recommend this store to all my clients and friends.

Saturday morning at 905 still locked up and no one even present inside. One older woman standing outside waiting.

The staff here are very rude. And I don’t think they care. Even the manager is rude. I hope the owner changes that soon. But after reading these comments, I don’t think it’ll happen.

All I’m going to say is, if you have to return some nice shoes through UPS, use another UPS store. The owner of this franchise has a nephew (Marvin is his name) that works there, and likes to steal shoes out the box before weighing them. He’s clever I’ll give him that…but now we are ass’d out of $250.

I always have a wonderful experience when I go in here. They are prompt, kind & efficient.

It's 910am and store is still closed. Store sign says they open at 8am. 5 people have driven away due to it being closed.

The employee helped us right away with a very heavy and awkward package. He took
care of everything without any effort on my part at all.

Terrible customer service considering young dude s parents franchise spot terrible service will not be going back again

If I could give a negative 5 I would. The staff need more training and customer service training. I went in to ship my Mercari package and Marvin refused to help us with our package. He told us to come back and talk to the manager the next day because he was too lazy to ship our package. We sold an item on Mercari with paid shipping including materials to ship and since he had to packaged it for us he refused to help us. We were courteous and respectful with him and he just totally refused services saying he shipped Mercari packages all day and people have to buy the boxes and package it themselves. He insisted we buy a box so we showed him what the app said that it included shipping materials and he still refused. The he turned around and head to back hide when there was clearly a huge line of customers. We ended driving across town to another ups store and they took care us in 5 minutes Shout out to National City East plaza store. Way better service.

It just opened and it closed due to taking a 10 min break. After only being open for 45 min. There was a line out the door
