This location sucks. I will go out of my way to NOT come to this location. The are the most UNHELPFUL employees and make you feel like more of a burden then a valued customer.

This is the 2nd time I’ve left this store mad. First time the line was backed out the door. These people move at the pace of snails. This morning was awful. I was the 3rd person there as they opened. One register was down, and someone had peed on the floor. Dude touched it with his bare finger, put three flimsy napkins over it, picked up napkins with bare hand, put a box over the spot on the carpet, then went and touched the broken register without washing his hands! I will happily go out of my way to avoid this location. Slow and gross!

I hold a business box at this location for a company that I manage. The store owner (s) seem to be extremely inconsiderate of their customers/PMB box holders. I have had at least two terrible experiences with this store, and a few other bad experiences not worth depicting. My first concern: 1) Our supplier shipped product to the incorrect address. Instead of shipping it to our job site, they shipped it to our mailing address which is the PMB Box at this UPS Store. We requested that our supplier have the boxes of product picked up via their shipping carrier (FedEx) and reshipped to the correct location. Because the (5) boxes were large (3' x 3') and I could not fit them in my small car on the day that they arrived to the UPS Store, the owner (s) charged us $100 as a storage fee for having them from Friday to Monday, literally just a few days, one of which they aren't even open. They required me to pay $100 or they would not release the boxes to FedEx (that they wanted removed from their store). Talk about blackmail. Keep in mind, this is our business mailing address for our PMB Box. My second concern: 2) They decided to relocate their store to a suite a few doors down. While I understand they likely did this to have more space, it is a HUGE inconvenience for business box holders. We have 100's of customers, suppliers, government agencies, etc.that this will be a huge labor expense to have everything updated; including business checks, business cards, company preprinted envelopes, etc. They offered no assistance or discount for this extreme inconvenience. I have emailed the store multiple times and have been told that the emails are being forwarded to the store owner (s), yet, I have received no response for weeks. Do yourself a favor, take your business somewhere else.

Charging for printing their own labels is ridiculous!

I had the return labels from the company on my email and it could have been easily scanned and printed but of course UPS want to make money of printing their own label. If I was asking UPS to print someone else’s label make sense but charging for printing their own makes ZERO sense. Hopefully this review will fall on sensible ears.

I had the return label on my phone and the clerk wouldn’t scan my barcode on my phone. So I was going to pay with my debit card but she said I had to buy five dollars or more for I to use my debit card. So lucky me I took out my change and I did complete the two dollars.

People thier don't know what they are doing i adk for my shipping to be with ups not the usps now my package is nowhere to be find and i call them n they thought i didn't know how to read a tracking numbers would never go to the store

I was doing an amazon return and I didn’t notice I had to pack my items cause it’s never said that before. So I tried to be eco friendly and use a inside out recycled Walmart bag since it’s basically as thick as the ones you get packages from. The return label could’ve taped it better but employees refused to accept my package. So when you do returns on your amazon account do them all individual returns so you don’t have to package anything. Or else they’ll want to charge you $2.50 for an envelope. I wished Amazon went back to kohls returns. Ups doesn’t want to be eco friendly. Also the line was long but the staff was ok. It would’ve been helpful if they told me how I should package my product and why exactly is it wrong to use a thick plastic bag for my package.

Went there yesterday to send a friend of mine a bag of stuff she had left in my car and now I find out they mishandled her stuff and had some stuff missing.won't ever go back again

I want to thank the UPS store in Menifee located on Newport and Murrieta for taking such good care of my cell phone which I accidentally left behind yesterday. Every one of the employees have always been courteous to me, an 82-year old woman and answer all my questions without hesitation. Thank you UPS on Newport Road near Jack-in-the-Box for your good service of customers.

YES! They are busy but extremely efficient. They have multiple service representatives. They are PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. LONG LINE GOES SUPER FAST. AMBER was VERY HELPFUL. Ten stars

This place is super small be prepared to wait outside in line especially when using Amazon to drop of returns.

If you are dropping of mail, please note mail is picked up by 2pm so if you drop any off after 2 it will sit there until the next day. Sadly when I dropped off my USPS package there NO ONE MENTIONED THAT! I had checked the status of my package later that evening and there was no movement on the package so I had to drive back out to the store to check the status the next day.

You would think the associate would inform me of that important “2 pm pick up” information right? Well no she didn’t (I didn’t get her name, but I’m gonna go back to the store and get her name so that way if you’re ever in her line ask for a manager) all the associate would say she didn’t know, USPS scans it, it’s not there, they don’t have it, there’s nothing she can do. This was her wonderful (not) effort to ensure me that any package I left here would be processed according.

I asked to speak to the manager Maria, and she was super helpful she gave me the information I needed. In fact, my package was still there. It was right behind me in a large canvas bin. She was the one who informed me that mail comes out to pick at 2pm anything dropped off after that stays in the bin until the following day. It looks like I went at 2: 45. She even dug to the bottom of the bin and pulled out my package to show me. Wow! It took a manager to actually “help me”.

What’s up with these lazy (associates) people who just conduct themselves as if they work for free and will ABSOLUTELY NOT help you. This is their job they get paid to do it. You mean the associate had no idea the mail was still piled up behind me? She couldn’t even ask “do you remember what time you came in”? By the way if you came after 2 pm it wouldn’t be picked up until today, I mean say something to the customer other than “I don’t know” because ………I don’t know how you got hired or still have a job with all of your lack of service. Be prepared for stupidity at its finest. Seriously!
