The UPS Store, San Jose CA

Wish I could give 0 stars! They can’t even tape your package for you despite the return instructions saying they will take care of everything. And they have the audacity to ask you to buy tape for $6.99 or drive back home all the way and tape up your package and come back. NEVER go here! Worst experience ever!

Honestly don’t get all the negative reviews on this store. I’ve always been treated promptly and cordially here, whether I need to return Amazon packages or use their notary service. Yes there’s no chit chatting going on but who cares? I like to use as little time as possible and be mindful of their time as well. Thank you for being here!

Do not ever use this store. They make you use their PC and charge you $20 right off the bat. They give 5 min to print your own label. They have everyones personal info now stored in their hard drive. This place is the definition of a scam.

Absolutely worst customer service. They shouldn't be allowed to collect UPS packages. Instead of printing a label, they make you use the computer and charge you insane amount per minute. DON'T fall for this

Don't go to this store, so that it falls under UPS's franchise ROI threshold and they close it. They don't adhere to UPS's policies and the owners are rude and scam you for anything and everything.

Owners of this place (old man and a lady) are super rude.
I had got my box and label to the store and they asked me to go outside the door and put the tape. Avoid this place since it is 0 customer friendly.

Poor quality Tapes and poor package bags are very expensive at this place. Do not come to this one.

They have one very slow clerk and it took forever to do off an Amazon return that was antsy labeled and packaged.

I arrived five minutes before the posted closing time. Older gentleman employee saw me pull up, then quickly turned off the open sign and started closing the gate inside. I guess five minutes of his time is worth more than taking care of customers.

AVIOD THIS UPS STORE IN SPECIFIC. Senior man was charging me 20$ for a 40 x 4 box. In addition, he did not let me package my returning items inside the store for some reason as I was told I would have to package it outside the store. (Amazon said they would do it for free). Finally, I went to another UPS store down the road and they packaged AND shipped my order for FREE! DONT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC UPS STORE the owner is running a scam by taking advantage of Amazon customers!

What kind of UPS store tells its clients that you can’t package things, they sell you the box, you need to go and come back later. What type of service is that?
