6Wouldn't take my Amazon returns here again. Although the process was easy, it took 10 days from the day of dropping it off at this store until it showed up as being processed. I was worried I'd have to file a claim. Not usually a busy store though and staff are usually proficient.

Today i visited to this ups store for amazon returns. Female employee Riya helped me. She is very cooperative and helpful. I really appreciate her. Highly recommended this ups store.
I wouldn't use this store as much as possible. The employees are impolite and trying to charge this and that, making the process extremely difficult.
Female employee called me a vulgarity in Spanish to her coworker as I was leaving. Surprise, I speak Spanish! Extremely rude!
