The UPS Store, San Diego CA

Everyone is always super kind and sweet. I think a lot of the negative reviews are because of Amazon and the returns system. Some items have to be packed before taking to the store, if you don’t beforehand and it needs to be done there of course you’re going to have to purchase the packaging yourself. Amazon isn’t going to pay them for the product. People need to learn to have some patience. Customer service is hard. Be kind to others.

This is the WORST UPS store. I went there a couple times and people there are very very very rude. I took my Amazon return there even though it said I don't need to package them, they made me buy their boxes and tape to package them. Not only that, they were not even nice about it, they don't even want to take it. If I can give zero star I would. Do NOT go there!

Great staff and great location. They work hard under diffucult conditions (a million amazon returns every day). I’m glad I have my mailbox with them.

I visited the store after searching for public notary service. Since it was morning, customers were waiting in line, but the two staff calmly helped me with the work. Everyone has different criteria for evaluating the service they receive, but I was very satisfied and will visit again. Also, it was nice to know where I could use more convenient services for me, whose first language is not English.

Pretty awful experience. Walked out when they couldn’t or wouldn’t (couldn’t tell) help me get a package out.

Don’t go to this UPS store. I’ve never had a good experience there. Just take the extra 5 minutes and go to the 4s ranch ups store. They are looking for solutions. These guys on Carmel mountain just look for problems. 101 on how not to run a business or treat customers.

I recently went to this store to do live scan fingerprinting. I was helped by Sharon Lee. While we were doing my fingerprint scanning, I had kept my finger on the scan machine and she got very angry. She stopped and stared at me and asked me 'Do you want to fail your test? You cannot put your hand on the scan machine' I was not given any instructions when we began. She was rude and disrespectful. I will not be visiting this store again.

I’m not sure why there are so ma y negative reviews. The staff is extremely pleasant and kind. I had a lot of things to ship and David Lee was especially kind and patient, very date to come across someone so kind nowadays.

Well I've been going there for the last couple years. They are friendly even though yhey are very busy.

Unfortunately have to agree with the other comments about poor and unprofessional customer service
