They are way under staffed. The line for service is insanely long. Nine people and one staff member

I had such excellent service at store #4287 recently! Trevor was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and went above and beyond by helping me to unload a piece of furniture from my car & package it carefully. I cannot recommend this UPS store highly enough!

Lunchtime on a Friday when everyone is running errands and there's a line out the door with 1 worker. Props to her, she was working double time, but please staff accordingly.

The UPS store had a line this AM. I was #6. Only waited about 5 minutes but was able to see the impressive efficiency of the young woman working there. She handled so many varied tasks, and she had two things going at once but did so perfectly. On two occasions she noted one customer was using wrong area for his task and another had placed his package in an incorrect location.and all while working with a customer. She was cool and quick. Shout out to store and to this worker! Sorry, did not get her name.

Speedy service with all the trimmings [available]. Convenient location and pleasant, efficient staff.

It is so sad that customer service just does not even exist anymore. No greeting, no acknowledgment, very minimal assistance. Why as the customer am I having to say all the “please & thank you’s” and getting zero in return?

They are the slowest employees all over the world.they don't have any chance to survive in any other country.but here, that's fine.

Busy place and only 1 person working there. Can't believe there is ALWAYS a line (at least 7 people) and only have 1 person working! However the lady working there was doing a great job for what she was dealing with.

Always busy and only one worker! If you come to this location you should know your gonna wait 30 min at least

Came in store at 10: 30, only one member of staff, shouting she was by herself, 7 people waiting. Unfriendly and inefficient service. Not impressed

Can you guys at least have the courtesy to post your hours somewhere people check BEFORE they get to the shop? If you’re going to change hrs on the fly, put in here where everyone looks before heading in. Taping a handwritten sign on the door is the least effective method of communication. Lots of people wasted trips today and the day after Christmas. Not even sure what holiday the day after Christmas is either.

27 Feb update: 15 folks in line - 1 gal working. On a Monday. Great staffing

Staff is friendly. Parking lot is a mess! Every time I try to park there is drama to the point of almost fights. Can you please move the store across the street by the IHOP! So over going to this store I pay more just to use usps!
