8I’m in the store several times a week. Liz, Kitz and Cid are always extremely friendly and helpful. This is an excellent business.
Came in to return a few packages and was greeted by the sweetest lady, Elizabeth. She was super friendly and helped me get in n out of there quick.
I came in last week and was pretty confused by the self serve Amazon thing and Elizabeth was as helpful as she could be with what she knew about how it worked, which made me think Amazon should work better with the stores they are putting these machines into. I really appreciated the assistance I got and the kindness in the limited help I was able to get with how its all set up.
Extremely rude girl I believe her name is Liz no customer service at all. She makes you’re company look bad.
This is only for this single visit. I had a box at this location three years. Because forwarding isn’t allowed by USPS I had my mail held for pickup until the 6 month required hold time was over. On this visit the girl was rude, smug and snotty in her attitude about grabbing my mail. She said something about a $25 fee for any pickup after the first and seemed to suggest that I would have to pay it in the future. When I pushed back her attitude headed downhill she seemed to think a sweet tone would overcome her haughty demeanor. I’m glad I’m not using their box service anymore so I don’t have to encounter on an ongoing basis.
So bad, thank you for help.

There's only one person Maybe 2 people working in there at a time. Sometimes the line takes you 10 minutes or more to get through parking sucks. Are? There. To share with a lot of other businesyes people are friendly though that work there
A friend ad I went into this stores today it was the absolute worst retail experience I have ever Elizabeth waited on us I carried a ihn a 26 lb box and my legs were severely cramping I apologized to her if I was sounding rude she said she didn't care it only got worst from there I will never step foot in that store as long as she's there.
