The UPS Store, Santa Rosa CA

The owner and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I had some documents that needed to be notorized and Chrystal was very helpful with getting this accomplished properly. Will definitely be coming back for any of my shipping needs! Happy to have this store in the neighborhood.

This is the only Santa Rosa UPS store I will go to. They are so personable, kind, and happy. They go out of their way to say hello and help. They are clean, bright and helpful. They have all my business since they stand out from all other UPS stores in the area.

The people working were very friendly. They greeted me when I walked in the door. Let me know when I would be helped and then we’re very efficient when it was my turn in line.

I use the store a lot especially when I need something printed from a email they're very experienced.

I absolutely LOVE this UPS Store. I have been to many in Santa Rosa with Amazon returns and this is now my favorite store by far. They are never too busy and every time I go in, they are so friendly, efficient and make the process a breeze for me. There store is very nice inside and good A/C. I chose to get my PO box at this location because of the great reviews this place had. When they recently switched from the 'Mail & More' to 'The UPS Store' I was nervous that I would have to find somewhere else to go.

To my pleasant surprise, this has not been the case and I feel this is all due to Crystal - who operates and with her husband owns this and one other UPS Store in Sonoma county.

The new and updated interior of the store offers even more available services. The staff here are pleasant and helpful and the place is looking as good as ever.

Great customer service every time I’m here. Crystal and team always have a smiles on there faces and go out of there way to make every interaction efficient and positive.

Im not sure if this was recently changed over to the UPS store but there used to be a different shipping store here that I frequented with my packages that needed to get sent out. I brought my little package in unsealed because there used to be a self-serve station at the former store where I could tape my box, drop it, and be on my way. But today I was informed that taping my box for me would be a courtesy done for me just this once, and that if I brought my unsealed package to the post office I'd be charged for such a service. I find this policy to be incredibly stingy. I've been to several UPS stores in the past that have been happy to tape for me. Weird policy and I didn't love the delivery of the information. For a giant conglomerate such as UPS, I think you could have spared me the expense of feeling guilty about the 11 inches of "courtesy" tape.

Today I visited with my friend needing legal papers notarized. The owner Crystal was personable, kind and professional in a comfortable manner. She’d recently taken ownership of the shop and was pleased to share what she was expecting next… even in the beginning phase of a shop, she made our experience easy and efficient.

Don’t buy stamps there. They will charge a dollar per stamp. $19 for a book of 20. Should only be around $13

So convenient right around the corner from my house. The customer service was great with very friendly people. I’ll be going back!

Little hidden gem. The owner of the store was so friendly and helpful. She even gave me a leftover box to use for shipping so I could return something. I will be making this my go to UPS store.

Super rude lady. Disrespectful and should definitely not show up to work with that attitude. Should definitely take some costumer service classes. Really unprofessional. She also told me UPS does not give receipts when I asked her for one.
