It's great to have a local UPS store rather than an access point, sometimes you need the expertise of the workers. Great staff that'll get you in and out.

First time visiting this new location. I had an amazon return. I asked if they printed labels and the manager said yes but they charged $2. I told him I'd go get mine that I forgot at home but he was nice enough to waive the charge for me which I really appreciated. I purchased a box for my return overall it was an easy experience, they will pack it up and tape the label on box. The location was spacious, organized, and if you have a drop off you will only be there no more than 5 mins, but how long one is there depends on a case by case basis. Definitely will be going back for my shipping needs to this location, as it is closer to me than the one in Cerritos I usually go to. Also the parking is great and it is easy to find.

I had an issue with my notarized document. I had such a difficult time to reprint the documents. They went the extra miles, tried everything and helped me got the documents printed and notarized. They did not even charge me for the 2 pages printed. I highly recommend this very friendly neighborhood UPS and Notary Public convenient service store.

Horrible customer service.

I came in here to send in my product back to Samsung as a RMA. Samsung paid for the shipping and sent me a shipping label via UPS. The owner scanned it twice and told me it was not a valid Amazon return label.

After explicitly telling him 5 times that it wasn't an Amazon return, he said it was not a valid label. Proceeds to condescendingly show me a physical label instead of a scannable email one.

I asked him when he scanned my email label of he was using a separate function of scanning (Amazon vs.regular UPS shipping) to which he replied yes. Then said no when I asked the question again.

Straight up just told me to go to another store because the label was not valid.

I have used this type of label at various other UPS stores.
