This location is open later than all others and they provide excellent service. Very helpful. Walked me through the new self service process for Amazon returns. Been here many times and will be back. Convenient right off the freeway!

Just stopped by to do a return. The guy told me to buy my own tape from him. When it was drop off no box or packaging. So I brought merchandise the box anyway. Said he couldn’t tape it for me because UPS DOES NOT SUPPLY TAPE FOR THEM. Cheap A$$ company

Worst service ever. Empty store an unwilling to help return amazon box. Rude customer servixe ans poor wpej etiquette. If you dont want to work quit. Wont ve returning there. Advixe others to nit go there either. Waste of a trip

Instead of the guy just doing my return for Amazon, he wanted me to go through the diy machine just in case I come again and there is a line.

Go to Kohl's. Much easier process.
