Not a place to go if looking for a notary. Waited over 20 minutes and then gave up and went somewhere else. I should have known better than to go here after reading all the reviews.

Usually I expect terrible service at places like this, but this store has an amazing staff! They were extremely helpful and was able to get everything done in a timely manner

I am disabled. I had three boxes to ship and no one would help me. This is the first UPS store where I have been treated like this.
I arrived 20 minutes to closing time.
While I was struggling with a dolly to put my boxes on, a woman came out and said they were closing.
It is difficult enough to live a normal life without being able to walk, this added insult to injury.

Horrible customer service experience. The lady with the multi colored hair loved to tell customers what they can’t do without offering any help. She should not be working with people. If I was the owner of this business I would be embarrassed to have an employee working for me like her. I won’t be going back to that store.

Seemed to be moving people along quickly. Came her to have somthing notarized. Called ahead. Got here. She was off the clock, said she could do 1 but not 3 sheets. Annoying and not updated on info. Call ahead, I guess ask for people's work schedule.

Very RUDE and Unprofessional, I needed to ship some documents using UPS express services, I request one of the free UPS envelopes, since I was told by UPS customer service to get one there, these are free supplies from UPS required to ship using express mail, the person in the store told they will no provided me with the envelope if I'm not paying for using their services, tried to explained her that those are free and need it to ship using UPS, since I have the prepaid label printed, she told me not, these are only for their use, also a couple other customer walked aways, after seen what happened, drove to UPS in Aptos, where they were very helpful and friendly, from now on I will be sending all my UPS needs using Aptos UPS store, even If have to drive a lit bit farther.

I cannot imagine running a UPS store during a pandemic. I have seen the staff adjust to a lot of challenges and changes in recent years. In general, I have been happy with the service since purchasing a small mail box in 2017. However, they just increased the annual cost to $348 (!) That is out of my budget so I’m sad about this after having been a loyal customer for so long.

I just have some return from Amazon. And because I need to print out the return slip to put inside the box (do I didn’t seal the box till I have the return slip) the guy that helped me was so rude! He said that he doesn’t tape the box for me. He will charge me doing that ($4.50) to tape it! …. I paid him. But what kind of attitude is this? !

If I could, I would give this Store a MINUS rating! The Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I had an Amazon return and needed assistance but the Representative wouldn’t help me, basically it was do everything yourself and then was told there’s a $1.50 charge for tape. I was so frustrated, I left and went to the Capitola UPS and was helped by a very nice person with GREAT Customer Service, Miguel T. I told him about my experience at the Watsonville store and advised that the people from the Watsonville location should take lessons on Customer Service from the Capitola location.

Terrible costumer service. 4 employees still had me standing waiting for help for 10+ min even though there was only 1 other costumer. Male employee with glasses refused to sell me tape and wouldn’t take my other packages that were actually sealed. 10/10 would NOT recommend. And supervisor - DO BETTER If you have useless employees what does that say About the business

Just wanted to express my frustration with this store. I stopped by to drop off an Amazon return. I ask if they had a small piece of tape so I could fix a small tear approximately 1” square on the box of the item I was returning. He said it would cost me $1.50. I thought he was joking. Nope. Wow! What ever happened to customer service! Won’t use this location again!

Not enough staff to check in packages and attend to the 15 minute line. Supervisor isn't in store.
