I had FIVE Amazon returns. FIVE! I was worried that it would be an unpleasant experience because of some of the reviews I read. BUT. THESE EMPLOYEES WERE WONDERFUL! Very pleasant. Very professional. I was in and out and off to lunch within 6 minutes.
I not only highly recommend this location, I APPRECIATE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED and I will be back!

Thank you UPS staff! You're amazing!

The staff is nice enough but this store seems to be perpetually understaffed. I try to avoid this store because it’s not uncommon to find a line out the door. Today there is only one person working struggling to keep up with the line. I usually go to another store nearby and it is always a quicker, easier experience.

I'm not sure what they're doing with my Amazon return but this is exactly why I kept my receipt. No shipping update and it's been over a week. Now I have to go out of my way and contact Amazon to escalate this.

This UPS store is my go to for efficiency and good customer service. One of the items being returned needed the original bag it came with, the lady helping me used her problem solving skills to fix my return package so I didn’t have to go home and get the original bag. Thank you and I appreciate you very much! You’re the best!

1 star for the one good employee Went this store today to return my Amazon package and was falsely Accused Of taking a box to ship my package out of the garbage literally And when I was told I couldn't use the Box I replied. Why not I just seen you take a box like this back there they replied I got it out of the trash and it could not be used I replied telling them I got it out my car and Thank God there was a Customer that actually seen me putting plastic in the garbage and not taking a box out I felt disrespected like and then was told my behavior wasn't called for
After being falsely Accuse and the white guy there acting out of his race boy just be white

We all have a different experiences. For me it's always been horrible at this location. Example, doing an Amazon return. If ur phones not fast, and ur not fast, and u have more than 1 return forget it. U get rolling of the eyes and attitude from who ever is doing the return. They talk down to u like ur dumb if u have a question. This place has always been full of employees who act like they hate their jobs, and ur a inconvenience. I can go on but ill leave it at that. Ill never go there again. Rude Rude Rude there is a guy that works in their he has red hair. I go in to do my return and have to be ltold by him that I get a confirmation email. I dont care.when u email over where u have to print u have to wait. He felt I needed to no what he wanted to tell me. He had to have the last word.when u order amazon and it doesnt work the worst part is dealing with the attitudes in the return. Than another guy is telling me to drop it when he should of been telling the employee that needed to lecture me. This is the worst u.p. S ever.

I've 2 incidents were UPS the company had mixed up pkg deliveries. The team here went above and beyond to find and get my merchandise. It's usually busy during lunch hours and of course holidays. But they actually do a good job, remain professional and provided good customer service. There seems to be a team lead each time I've been that knows how to troubleshoot or take charge in a difficult encounter. Overall solid service.

This was great. Walk in, immediately asked if I needed assistance. “Ya I’ve never done an online return “ Less than s minute it was done I’m walking out, a UPS driver picks up his step to open the door for me. Thank you for your service.

The staff there are so so so RUDE! Why do you work in customer service if everyone that walks in your store annoys you? I don’t believe any of the reviews above 2 stars! I’m convinced they’re fake. I have to go here, for work purposes, and this place is so awful. I can’t believe EVERYONE that works there is so rude. Usually it’s just 1 bad apple but this place is filled with bad apples! Jeeze. Oh and they never ever answer the phone. They’ll just hang up on you if it rings for too long.
